Messaging users asking to trade Eclipcyons they have not advertised as up for trade falls under this as well.
✧ Making unofficial, off-base Eclipcyon characters for yourself is allowed, provided you are not tracing existing bases or intentionally trying to pass them off as official. Making unofficial Eclipcyons for others or trying to trade/sell designs of unofficial Eclipcyons, however, is not allowed.
✧ Only official Eclipcyons that are listed on the archive with a valid ID # may participate in official activities (guild hall activities, adventuring, breeding, etc).
✧ You do not need to adhere to Eclipcyon lore at all if you do not wish to. It's 100% your choice what your character's lore is. Go wild!
✧ You're free to write whatever lore you'd like with them, but keep everything posted/linked within official Eclipcyons spaces within CS writing/roleplay rules.

We want to thank everyone for joining this community and making it a TON of fun!
As we have hit almost 70 users we have decided to open General Staff and Aritst Applications!!!
As of right now we are looking into the following positions:

Anyone may apply and there is no active end date for applications so there is no rush at all! All we ask is that your applications are for genuine interest in our UMA and the community we are building around it, not just the perks staff receive! We are looking for about 2-5 of each position outside of Archivist. Each application has information on duties and rewards each position will receive at the start of each month!

BAN/STRIKE POLICY:
We ultimately just want to keep this community a comfortable space for everyone to participate in. If a user's behavior intentionally infringes on another's enjoyment or comfort, or is actively harmful to others, staff reserves the right to intervene and take disciplinary actions if necessary.
✧ Warnings and bans will NEVER be posted publicly. If you have any questions about your own standing, however, feel free to reach out to a moderator. You cannot ask about other users' warnings, status, or bans.
✧ Bans and warnings go off a three-strike system. Small reminders will not count as warnings, and any official warnings will be clearly communicated to the user receiving them via Discord or CS messages. Warnings for minor rule-breaking will automatically expire after 6 months.
✧ In extreme circumstances, an instant, permanent ban may be warranted, but this is reserved only for serious infractions such as hate speech, multi-accounting, scamming, or ban evasion/assisting someone who is ban evading.
✧ If you manage to get 3 warnings within a 6-month window, you will be banned and will not be permitted to participate in Eclipcyons any further. Depending on severity/circumstances, an appeal may be considered 6 months after the ban.
✧ If you are banned, you may not trade owned Eclipcyons/Eclipcyon items for any currency, other UMA/ or otherwise. You may only gift or donate them to the shelter or/lost and found.
✧ Trading with banned users will result in the reversal of those trades. If you are found to be intentionally trading with banned users or attempting to get around the rules, corrective action may be warranted.
✧ If you are permanently banned without a chance for appeal, any official Eclipcyons/Eclipcyon items you have obtained for free will be revoked and redistributed. Eclipcyons that were existing character transfers or bought with real-life currency may remain with the banned user, but will no longer be considered official. The ID #s of said unofficial Eclipcyons may be reassigned.
✧ Staff reserve the right to determine the appropriate response to an infraction, which may include issuing warnings or bans for reasons that may or may not be explicitly listed here.

RAFFLE RULES:
✧ Adoption litters are raffle-based and will never be FCFS
✧ Only one(1) Eclipcyon can be won per raffle! You may enter for individual or ALL available Eclipcyons.
✧ You must have an Eclipcyon co-op set up to be able to enter.
✧ THE NUMBER OF CYONS YOU ENTER FOR ON YOUR RAFFLE FORM HAS NO INFLUENCE ON THE ODDS OF YOU WINNING! Feel free to enter for as many or as few IDs as you'd like with no worry of lowering your chances at getting a Cyon.
✧ You may edit your entry at any point up until the raffle ends. Editing after the raffle has ended will void your entry unless you've communicated with staff and gotten the ok to edit it.
✧ When entering the raffle, please try to only list the IDs of Cyons that you personally connect with and could see yourself keeping.
✧ When listing IDs on your raffle entry form, we encourage you to bold/mark a few IDs that you especially click with or just would prefer to receive if you win. If you do happen to win, there is in no way any guarantee that you'll get one of your preferred Cyons however. We will try our best though to get you a Cyon that you'll like.
✧ You're totally free to put down "all IDs" if you do genuinely wish to enter for all IDs. You may also still list any preferred IDs if you're entering for all of them! Entering for all IDs DOES NOT increase the odds of winning over someone who only lists a few IDs.
✧ Raffle results will be documented by staff on google sheets as they are drawn so if you ever have any questions about anything feel free to reach out!
HOW RAFFLE WINNERS ARE DRAWN:
Once the raffle entry window closes, all entries with the correct littertag will be counted.,
Taking the total number of entries, we will then roll a random number generator to draw as many winners as we have prizes. The numbers drawn will be documented by staff on a google sheet before being matched to their corresponding posts in an attempt to ensure fairness and prevent any sort of favoritism or hand selecting of winners.,
The drawn numbers will then be matched to their corresponding entry posts and we will ensure that the forms are properly filled out and eligible. If the form is incomplete or improperly filled out, they may be rerolled. Entries with a minor typo (ie an accidental number/letter inversion) however may still be considered valid as long as the proper links and info are available and easily accessible on the form.,
Once all winning entries are validated, we will pair up each entry with their prize, choice priority being determined by the order that the entries were drawn in. If a user has listed "all IDs" on their form AND has not specified any preferred IDs they will be assigned to the first available prize AFTER those who do have preferred IDs listed have been assigned.,
Order of prize determination will be as follows:
The first ID listed AND marked as preferred that has not yet been assigned to a winner.,

We're hosting a special giveaway game to celebrate the launch of our Discord and the opening of the UMA!
This giveaway game will be a Color In for a special base that will have Limited Availability after the giveaway ends.
