There's a lot out there I don't know. Don't ask me how I got here or where I'm goin', but if it's adventure you're waitin' for, I got room.

KitBits are an elongated feline species that vary in sizes from small house cats, to large big cats. They almost always sport shorter legs and elongated forms, however, Kitbits come in all shapes and sizes. Collectors of 'bits', these items can be anything from physical coins to 'digital' physical coins.

No one is quite sure where Kitbits came from, but there is no doubt they feed on the energy of technology and radio waves. They often linger around ruined civilizations and unknown alien tech that litter the landscape. It is unclear if Kitbits come from space or result from two worlds colliding together and producing creatures through adaptability. One thing is certain however; Kitbits are very common and often are considered companion species, preferring to live social lives as 'clans'.

Species Expectations:

Kitbits are a relaxed UMA prioritizing free adopts. Currency for Kitbits will be for cosmetic and breeding purposes only. As of this time, no custom slots are planned. Adopts will be focused on Discord and forum giveaways, along with forum FCFS adopting. While KitBits will allow outside UMA trading with other UMA's, Kitbits will not be allowing resales for USD,C$, or other forms of non-UMA equivalents, the with exception to the sale of recolors in the future.

Kitbits Species specific rules:

1. -Your account must be older than 2 months to adopt/trade/participate in Kitbits/Events.

2. You may only adopt 1 Kitbit from a fcfs litter at a time. (you can trade for more after the litter is finalized)

3. No USD,CS pets/C$, or other non-UMA related trades may be performed with Kitbits/bits. Trading for other UMA adoptables or buying art with your Kitbits and your Kitbits currency is A-okay! (Check out our shop for our C$ bits shop and items!)

4. You must wait one week after adopting a fresh Kitbit before trading them with other UMAs. You may trade your freshly adopted Kitbits for other Kitbits immediately!

5. You may turn in Kitbits to Thovatos or other Admins for giveaway raffling if you choose to do so, but you may not host it yourself. Gifting to other users is okay!

6. Please keep all messages posted to the forum board on-topic with whichever your message fits. The home forum page is meant for general discussions and the adoption process.

7. -Upon artist digression, you may transfer your Kitbit out-of-species. PLEASE CHECK BLACKLISTING CLARIFICATIONS BELOW.

8. Tracing/using the lines is absolutely off-limits for unauthorized individuals.

9. Trade of any kind must be confirmed publicly by both parties on the trade thread. A screenshot of your trade partner accepting is fine, but please include trade context in your screenshot.

10. An updated Co-op archive isn't required, however, if you trade Kitbits with another user, please update your archive to prevent duplicate kits from appearing on the co-op Archive. ID#'s are required on the co-op archive.

11. Should a trade include the sale of custom art, the art must be completed before the trading of a Kitbit can be completed. (I will work with users to secure Kitbits in-case of scam-situations.)

Breaking any of these rules is subject to blacklisting under admin/owner discretion. All blacklisted users will be listed on the CO-OP archive. Rules may change at any time. Please refer back to here frequently! Blacklisted users will also have their Kitbits confiscated and raffled off to other users. Blacklists are finalized and irreversible, effectively acting as a ban from the species. If blacklisted, you are not allowed to own, trade for, or trade with any Kitbits items/currencies you may have left before your effective ban. Blacklists are very rarely given on the first offense, but breaking USD/C$ trade rules, stealing other's Kitbits, and/or tracing/repurposing designs for the purpose of profit will result in immediate blacklisting.

Kitbits that have been transfered out of species belonging to users who then get blacklisted will be locked from any kind of trading or swapping. These kits will be unable to participate and associate with the Kitbits species, but their design credits and base will still belong to the artist who designed the Kitbit.
