Cerquines are deer x horse hybrid creatures. They have their own societies and cultures, much like we do. They're hardy little creatures, and can be a bit stubborn, but are really quite friendly!

These are cerquines! Their names are Cocoa Bean, Coffee Bean and Pinto Bean, and they show off a variety of the more common cerquine traits.

02-14-23: Second litter released and training open! Also the discord giveaway still hasn't happened yet for those interested

02-05-23: Training will not be open next week, sorry. But there will be a custom giveaway on discord at 10 members!

01-31-23: Store opened! Training and competitions will be opening tuesday CS time next week, and the first place prizes will be regular customs!

01-25-23: First litters released and co-op archive opened

- Rules -

1. All site rules apply

2. Bigotry or hate speech of any sort will not be tolerated

3. Cerquines can be posted anywhere but must link or be credited back to this thread

4. Please try to be polite!

5. Cerquines can be traded for any sort of pets, items, digital currency, characters, art, or other adoptables that allow trading (pretty much don't sell them for real currency and you're good)

BUT

6. Individual cerquines can only be traded 5 days after you first receive them

7. Please do not make your own cerquines! Of course you can make your own deer/horse hybrid creatures, but ones that specifically follow official Cerquidae lore and/or use cerquine lines are not allowed. If you would like your own cerquine, please order a custom

8. Please do not edit your cerquines; you may however crop or extra transparent space, or save a crop to use as an avatar/thumbnail image/etc.

9. Accounts with no pets and forum activity may not own cerquines

10. I'm very forgetful so rules may be changed or added. This will be listed in the changelog of the first post

Big wip!

Cerquine society can be found in three major cities. The first is a booming metropolis, the next is a quaint town in the forest, and the last is a ragtag city made of scraps and held together with off-brand duct tape. They all have different customs and cultures, but they are still able to get along with each other for the most part!

Horns and eyelashes are not indicative of gender! Your cerquines can be whatever gender and use whatever pronouns you like!

They're very competitive little creatures.
