You can adopt both Gear Deer and companions here! Fill out the form below to adopt.
--Your account must be older than a month to adopt a deer/companion.
--Each Gear Deer can only have one companion. You cannot adopt a companion if you do not have an open Gear Deer or doghouse.
--While Gear Deer will have a preset sex, you can assign your Gear Deer any gender. Companions' sex and gender will be up to you.

Litters

--Pick one deer or companion from each litter!
--A name is required for entry into a raffle.
--A raffle ticket can be used for an additional entry into a litter! They can be found in the shop! You can enter once for each deer/companion in a litter but you can only win one deer/companion per litter. Each additional entry requires one ticket.

Pound

Sometimes, if Gear Deer or companions don't have a home, they go to the pound. These are FCFS, but you must have less than 3 deer to claim a deer, and less than 2 companions to claim a companion! Please only adopt one deer or companion every week. Your account must be older than a month to adopt a deer/companion.

Merge
On the 1st of every month
--On the first of every month, your companion and Deer Gear can merge to create a strong creature capable of going into dangerous territories to search for loot!
--Earn , items, or even Gear Deer and companions!
--Please post the deer and companion you are merging, which can be found in the archive.
--Only one merge per user per month.

You can breed two of your own Gear Dear/companions, or breed with another user. Have your partner quote your breeding form for proof.

--Please allow up to three weeks for results!
--You may only be on the list once at a time. You may not be on both the breeding list and the customs list at once.
--Please ensure you have named your previous litter before starting a new one.
--Order is determined by last breeding done.
--Slots are unlimited but please understand that more slots = more time
--Please ensure that your form is correct. After 24 hours, the form cannot be edited, as this may confuse the artists.
--Please thank your artist!

Deer/companions who are related cannot breed.
-As this process is magical, the gender of the Gear
Deer/companions in question is not relevant.

two unpaired Deer, you may only ask for a max
of two companion offspring.
-A deer or companion with 12 or more children is
considered retired. They cannot have any more

Breeding Items-

Breeding Crystal
-- Minimum of 1 required for breeding. You may
supply both parents or pair up with another user.
--One crystal is good for two offspring, for up to six
offspring (three crystals).
-- Where the babies go afterwards is completely up to
you and any other involved user. Please try to be prompt
with owners, names, and genders.
-- The babies will be added to the archive within a week
of naming. Most often they are added within two days.
-- 10% of the time, mutations can occur on their own.
This is not per baby, but per litter.


Broken Breeding Prism
-- A Changes the colors of one baby randomly.
-- The colors are randomized with a palette generator.
Colors may be completely different or
only a little different.
-- You can only use one for each baby in a litter. Max of 2
broken breeding prism per breeding crystal.

Breeding Geode
-- Must be used with at least one breeding crystal.
-- Can be used to guarantee at least one mutation.
--Mutations will override traits if they conflict.
-- You can only use one for each baby in a litter. Max of
2 breeding geode per breeding crystal.
-- One random trait from the list of traits under
"breeding" on the main page will be added to one baby
from a breeding. These traits all have the same chance
of occurring in a mutation, regardless of rarity.

A Gear Deer's rarity is determined by their rarest trait.

--Traits seen in both parents will definitely be passed on.
--Uncommon traits have a 40% chance of passing.
