Since this is a test for a new species concept, the thread will be very minimal for now!

Rawrs are very small cats--around the size of a grapefruit--known for their endless hyperactivity and... peculiar love for waffles. Some may find them tiring as they never seem to sleep, but if you give them a chance, you'll find they make lovely pets. Would you take one?
1. You can only adopt one rawr per litter, and once per 12 hours. If another litter comes out less than 12 hours after the first you adopted from, you cannot adopt from the second. This is to ensure everyone can get one. Using alternate accounts to get around this is grounds for an instant ban and rawrs belonging to alts will be revoked from you. Play fair.
2. Rawrs are first come, first serve.
3. You are not permitted to edit your rawr's sprite in any way.
4. Editing adoption forms is not allowed under ANY circumstances until a litter is fully adopted out, and numbers cannot be changed. If for any reason you need to change the number, you must QUOTE your form and change it there. The reason for this is to prevent people from changing their rawr to one that someone took after them. A post will be made when it's okay to go back and edit. (This rule does not apply to general posts).
Your post will be disqualified if it's edited before this point unless you quote it, and you'll receive a strike if purposely trying to steal another rawr adopted after you or caught posting forms before a scheduled litter is released to get a "head start."
5. Do not "write your adoption forms in advance" before a scheduled litter. You are not allowed to copy and paste an adoption form before the litter is up to get a head start. Because of this, if your form is the wrong hexcode of a previous litter or has the codeword of a previous litter, it will be disqualified and you will receive a strike. Furthermore, while you will not receive a strike, your form will be disqualified if you change the hex to a different color or remove it. It's necessary to check the validity of your form.
6. This is a given, but do not steal someone else's rawr. This includes putting it in your signature without permission (if you have permission, credit them.)
7. Rawrs placed in your signature MUST link back to this thread.
8. You can change the rawr you want later on, but if someone claimed the rawr you want instead before you, you can't change it to that one, even if you initially adopted before them. (i.e., A claims 4, B then claims 3, A can't change their rawr to 3)
9. Please don't remove the codeword, it's necessary to find forms of specific litters.
10. I won't notify you by PM when you've claimed the rawr, as I do a final quote post when all are adopted. Please don't ask. I'm often busy and do not have the time to PM everyone, please check the thread if you want to know if you got the rawr. If your name appears on this page, it's yours. If it's been over an hour and I have not updated the page, you can DM me asking if you got it.
11. A rawr with "(Reserved)" next to it is not available and was reserved for the artist of the litter to keep.
12. Please avoid mini-modding. This is defined as telling someone they're breaking the rules when you're not an official rawrs moderator. Answering questions is okay if nobody has responded in 24+ hours.
13. Please do not guilt-trip if you miss a litter or post messages such as "I'll never get a rawr." Saying mild things such as "Oh no, I missed it! Oh well." or constructive criticism on how to improve the system is okay, but messages expressing anger or resentment at the staff for missing a litter or complaining about how you constantly miss litters is not.
14. Please do not spam. What counts as spam is up to mod discretion, but the general rule of thumb is: if it's irrelevant or doesn't have a clear purpose, it's likely spam.
