--Each Gear Deer can only have one companion.
--You cannot adopt a companion if you do not have an open Gear Deer.
--While Gear Deer will have a preset sex, you can assign your Gear Deer any gender. Companions' sex and gender will be up to you.
--Please only enter for one outcome in each litter unless you have a raffle ticket. While this will increase your chance to win a raffle, you cannot win two deer/companions from a litter.

Merge
On the 1st of every month
--On the first of every month, your companion and Deer Gear can merge to create a strong creature capable of going into dangerous territories to search for loot!
--Win , items, or even Gear Deer and companions!
--The results are better than exploring in the plaza, as you can earn gears and items in one go rather than choosing just one!
--Please post the deer and companion you are merging, which can be found in the archive.

You must follow these steps to merge:
1. Have a Gear Deer and a companion paired
2. Purchase a Merge Spell
3. Use the Merge Spell

Warning: While merging itself lasts for a day, your Gear Deer can only merge with one companion in its lifetime. However, your deer may merge with the same companion as many times as it wants.

You can breed two of your own Gear Dear/companions, or breed with another user. Have your partner quote your breeding form for proof.

--Two Gear Deer or two companions of the same species may breed to produce a litter
--A Breeding Crystal is required for breeding
--One crystal is good for two offspring for up to six offspring (three crystals)
--As this process is magical, the gender of the Gear Deer/companions in question is not relevant
--Deer/companions from the same litter (excluding the grand opening litter) cannot breed.
--Please allow up to two weeks for results!

--Traits seen in both parents will definitely be passed on
--Uncommon traits seen in only one parent have a 40% chance of passing, while rare traits will have a 10% of passing.
--Mutations only occur 10% of the time
--When breeding companions, you will need the same amount of unpaired deer as companion offspring you are requesting. For example, if you only have two unpaired Deer, you may only ask for a max of two companion offspring.
