She's a hunter as a result of her speed and wit, but has a huge soft spot for pups and will play the role of nanny any time she's needed.

Why you want this Dandolm:
I'd love to have this Dandolm because the species is so unique, and her color is absolutely gorgeous. I watched the last round get chosen and had decided against trying, but I just can't resist this girl <3

What you will do with this Dandolm:
She'll be a companion for one of my existing Characters, and if I find a male Dandolm I like and win then she'll definitely have a mate <3

Describe the Dandolm:
Hm, let's see.... Evani is a thin, lithe Dandolm, her body almost resembling a cheetah more than a canine with a deep chest, small waist, and long, tough legs. Her coat is a blend of black and white patches, copying the Piebald Tovero equine pattern. She has a close-cropped mane that runs the length of her body and stays true to the pattern of her soft, short coat. Her tail is also cropped short to prevent snagging when she's on the hunt, and starts out white in color then fades to black at the tips. Her forelegs are "feathered" hooves while her hindlegs are pawed. Finally, her muzzle is slightly shorter than normal, and her eyes are a bright golden color, a fiery personification of her confidence and motivation.

As for personality, she's very independent and driven to do all she can to help others before herself. She's very loving and dependable, but has been known to be slow to trust and can tend to be agressive to those she doesn't know very well.

Spartan (and anyone else), for future reference, you don't really need the physical description of the Dandolm; it won't hurt your chances to have it included though, as long as the personality is represented in your form since that's the important part.


I have finished the line art for the breedings, so your are welcome to place an order whenever you like.
If you want to see a preview of the line arts I have made adolescent and pup versions of Griss. They can be found in the archive.
Note that I used Griss to show off the line arts because she is the mascot and the other adult Dandolms that you get by filling out the adotion forms will not get these stages, only the bred pups will go through them.
I also made the younger stages size accurate, so you can compare the sizes of the pups, adolescents, and adults and see how much they grow.

Describe the Dandolm:She is a very hyper Dandolm so she is constantly figiting and bouncing around. She is also easily distracted my movement and shinies.

Why you want this Dandolm: It was the coat that caught my eye at first. A calico coat with two of the major card family symbols on her body was entirely new
What you will do with this Dandolm: I want to try drawing this Dandolm in a pose from the small paragraph I wrote as well as writing more little dance scenes
Describe the Dandolm:
This Dandolm loves to dance and will do so whenever she has the opportunity
She spins neatly on the spot not even wavering as she dances to the song of nature. Her body sways as she stamps her hooves lightly splashing water as she does so. She spins once more letting her tail flow out like a banner. She sways her lithe body from side to side putting on a show for the butterflies who occupied the clearing. Her head bobs to the beat she makes wth her hooves, she flings a foreleg and hind leg out forward and backwards switching with a small hop each time. She rises on her hind legs and neatly paws the air before spinning round and striking an imaginary foe with a controlled buck. She stops her dance and sits down in the water breathing hard and feeling quite happy with herself for such a fabulous performance

All Dandolms without a name next to it will be carried over to the next round. Photobucket is giving me trouble but I'll try to get the round open tonight.

Kale, I'll keep the link to your form on the first page in case you want to edit that one for the next round. Otherwise you can post a new one and I'll swap it out next week.

Princess Cadence, She actually has all four card suits on her. Two are just much smaller than the others.

And I forgot to say this before but the markings are symmetrical on all of the Dandolms, so the right side will look the same as the left. Any exceptions will be mentioned under the adoptable Dandolm (for example one blind eye, two different colored eyes, or a special marking that is only on one side). You can also ask me if it is okay to add small differences like this but I will not allow it if it changes the design too much (do not add physical changes to the Dandolm in your forms unless I say it's okay). I added this to the rules with a bit more information.
Also, if you already owned a Dandolm before this round you can check the archive to see if I say anything about the markings not being symmetrical.

I am also working on a second adoptable species (it is very different from these) to be used in the future roleplay along with the Dandolms. I'll post a link to it here when I get it done. There will be a contest to make a stamp for it too, and maybe another if I can't come up with a name for it.

The image URL can also be gotten by clicking on the name of your Dandolm in the "Dandolm Owners and Their Dandolms" post on this thread. The image URL will be the URL in the address bar of your browser and you would put it in the same place in the code (you will only be able to get adult images through this post though. For pup and teen images you will need to go to the archive or ask me).

EDIT: please be sure to use all of the code that is in the adoptions post and not just the image tag that I show here. You can see in the code for SpartanAmethyst what your code should look like. Or if you want to make sure you get the code right you can just ask me (here, in the fan club, or by PM) and I will post your code for you. I can also get you an HTML code if you want it.

Anyone caught using a code (displaying a Dandolm) that does not belong to them will be blacklisted and any Dandolms they may have will be taken away.
And once again, please don't take your Dandolms off of ChickenSmoothie without my permission (fan art is ok to take off as long as you give me credit for the design, link to this thread, and let anyone who may see it know that I am the only one who can create Dandolms).

EDIT: Could everyone who owns a Dandolm please look at the markings info I have on your Dandolm(s) in the archive. Some of them have the option available for you to choose if you want to change it slightly if you don't like it the way I described; most however must remain the way it says. You don't have to do this now if you don't want to, I'll give you a few months to decide and get back to me.
I am also giving a similar option for some of the unadopted Dandolms; you just have to say if you want it changed in your form (if you want it to stay the way I described then you don't have to add anything about it, just fill out the form like normal).
Also remember to read the new markings rule in the adoptions post (it is in the middle of the rules but a bit closer to the top).


If you want me to draw you Dandolm's right side (if its markings are not symmetrical) you can either PM me, post it here, or post it in the Fan Club (I'm going to be doing this anyway, but I'm going to wait until I have more time unless someone wants it now then I'll work on theirs. Otherwise you can just wait and I'll get them added to the archive when I do them).

I am officially extending the round for another week.

I am also not going to be adding any new batches of Dandolms until at least most of the ones I have up are adopted. That means there will only be carry-overs for awhile.
