they reset as soon as the previous garden prize post is completed! i only do one every (very roughly) 24 hours so i don't get myself confused trying to account for separate time zones, and it's easier to search if there's only one per day. unfortunately rollover doesn't fall on a good time for me so it's more often somewhere around 4-7 PM GMT!
