This_random_person, a Puffbird mod told me that someone had posted a blank form for the FCFS brood and edited it later. If you know you did this or you know who, please tell me! Sorry, you can't say if you don't get your desired Puffbird you should get another one. In a way, it's kinda 'reserving' a Puffbird and it isn't really fair for everyone else who's adopting!

Sorry, Pufbird 4 is taken, and asking for two Puffbirds at once is against one of the rules! You can, although, always try again next time ^^

I'm sorry! Puffbird 4 has been taken and asking for multiple Puffbirds at once is breaking one of the rules. Also, other users said that you posted a blank form and then edited it, filling it in. I'll just have to tell you that posting blank forms and then filling them in is also against the rules! So try avoiding it next time ^^
