An exact date hasn't been decided, but I'm thinking mid-to-late April c:
I know it's taking awhile for the code drop, it's just there aren't too many forms and the majority of the ones posted are still a WIP. I just want to adopt out as many characters as possible per round<3

That's not necessarily true ^^. I've taken five months to complete a form before on another character adopt (though I admit, I went a little overboard with it, haha). Some people just need a little extra time to get things how they want it c:
