Hey there!
I'm pinkunicorn06 and I'm fairly new to CS. My username is from my little sister, who used to own this account. She soon got bored of the site (I don't see how!) and gave the account to me. At first, I kept this name for the sake of RPs my sister was in and so anyone she knew could recognize it. Soon, the name kinda grew on me and I changed my avatar and signature to match! After awhile here, I saw people with 'characters' and had no idea how to get one. I discovered this thread and decided to give it a try because I love the concept of having a unique character that I can draw and RP with. Some of my hobbies are drawing, roleplaying, hanging out on pet adopt sites similar to CS, and reading. Enough about me, now onto my form!

Why do I want them?
Honestly, it was hard to narrow it down! I had my eyes on another twenty-some kennels. I decided to go with this couple for my first round because the designs immediately caught my attention and caused me to stop scrolling. Rae's design would have to be my favorite because she reminds me of a mash-up of a bunch of different animals with her zebra stripes, leopard-like spots, and, of course, her canine species. Purple also happens to be my favorite color! I love Shay's color scheme; the sky blue and neon green fade perfectly together! The white circles are a great way to unify his design and also give him some unique marking to identify him.

What will I do with them?
I plan to use these two in a few RPs I'm a part of, instead of coming up with a character on the spot and having to develop a different personality that may not be consistent. With special characters like these, I'd be able to create concrete information that would be consistent though out any RP I may be involved in. As I mostly RP on this site, they will probably come up most often in CS Roleplay Forums, specifically the Fantasy Animal RP board. Of course, I'll have to do some romance plots with a little bit of life in a wolf pack mixed in. I'd also have character to create tons of new drawings with! If it's okay with the original owner, I'd breed them to create some interesting pups (and more characters!).

Personalities
Shay looks to logic to solve problems, and being the smart wolf he is, he usually looks for the best ways to avoid any dangerous situations. He is kind and funny, though he doesn't try to be. The male is an excellent hunter due to his speed and strong, sturdy legs. Shay is very trustworthy and dependable, willing to take secrets to the grave, never breaking a promise, and overall, always doing what he said he would. He often finds the bad in any situation and but will always look for ways to avoid it. The wolf is awkward and anxious around others, being the one that prefers to be alone with his thoughts.

Shay enjoys sounds, oddly enough, whether they be soothing or not. He is also interested in felines, unlike the typical canine, who would rather chase than cuddle, those of which he prefers the latter. Shay has a knack for healing, though he doesn't really enjoy it and is very obedient. He isn't very good with older pups as he finds them a bit too excitable for him. He doesn't mind the water, unlike his mate who's terrified of it, but he's not an excellent swimmer, either. Shay's favorite color is forest green and prefers to eat hoofed animals. He is deathly afraid of heights.

Rae is brave and adventurous, willing to face any problem head on. She is the one to offer positive support when those around her need it most, unlike her mate. The female can be bossy, always telling other what to do and getting what she wants. Because of this, she is spoiled and often complains when something doesn't go her way. Rae is stubborn as a mule and when she makes a decision, it's almost impossible to change her mind. She will protect anyone close to her with her life, even if they may not necessarily be in danger, leading her to be the cause of many petty arguments.

Rae is very stealthy, making her a good hunter, as well as agile, loving the the thrill of a chase in wooded areas, just to test herself. Being the way she is, she prefers to lead rather than follow, struggling to take orders and do what she's told most of the time. Her favorite food would have to be those of the reptile family but she'd never consume any turtle as they're her favorite animal. Rae's favorite color is brown, oddly enough, and she hates water.

History

Shay's mother was a lone wolf and only joined the Pack when she knew she was going to have pups, fearing she would not be able to support them on her own. Shay would have been considered the runt of the litter had he had any siblings. He was born in the same state as his mother: weak and barely hanging onto life.

Rae's mother had always been a Pack dog but had fallen in love with a rouge wolf. After her pups were born, she heard of Shay's mother's grave state, as well as the pup's dwindling health and promised to care for him, only until the ill female recovered. She never did, and Shay's mother died in her sleep. Rae's mother took the weak pup in as her own and Shay and Rae grew up as siblings.

When she was young, Rae vowed to care for Shay, and she kept this promise. She cared for him perhaps more than her actual sisters, whom she prefers not to mention. The two instantly became the best of friends, forming a bond that would later blossom into a beautiful relationship far beyond one of brother and sister.

At the previous owner's request, I'm going to do a scene where the two meet as pups.

The warmth of her mother's soft, pink belly soothed Rae as she drifted off into sleep. She sneezed as the tail of her litter sister brushed her nose and began to absentmindedly shove her away. The first five to six weeks since waking up in this new world, life had been dull. Today, their overprotective mother had let her pups roam the camp and meet their fellow Packmates. It had been exhausting! As Rae began to try and process all the smells and sounds of the outside, she was suddenly buried in a heap of green and blue fur. She let out a muffled bark, squirming to find air and to remove this unwanted weight.

When Rae could finally breath again and the ball of fur had tumbled from on top of her, she saw that one of her Packmates had placed the thing on top of her. The wolf wined an apology before exiting the den. Upon closer inspection, Rae realized that this 'thing' was a pup and that he had began to make a weird sound. With a sniff, she deduced that this was not one of her mother's pup, but it did smell of the Pack. Oddly enough, this seemed to comfort her. But the noise he was making, it did not. Rae placed a paw over her ear, wishing the pup would stop whimpering so she could nap. What's wrong with you!, she thought angrily.

As the new pup continued to whine, she began to scoot over to him, careful not to wake her mother or one of her sisters. She thought that maybe a boxing over the ears would shut him up. When she had settled in next to him, she realized that she could see bones under his fur. His fur, though, was longer and rougher than hers. He was old enough to have grown in his adult fur, but was the same size as her, who had only just begun to lose her fluffy puppy fuzz. Rae payed a paw on his flank and he suddenly was quiet. She cocked her head, curious. So, he only wanted a sleeping buddy? If it'll make him stop doing that awful noise, she thought, coming in close enough that their flanks now touched. Once she was as comfortable as the other pup would allow, she gave him a quick lick behind the ears before drifting off into sleep.

The next morning, Shay woke up to a strange smell. It surely wasn't his mother. He quickly rose, stepping all over the snout of another pup who'd been next to him. Shay gasped, feeling guilty for not realizing. The other pup didn't seem to notice and let out a loud snore before resuming her sleep. Where am I?, Shay thought, only now beginning to take a look around at his surroundings. He was right about his mother; she was nowhere to be seen. Whining, terrified, Shay began to squirm, once again kicking the purple pup's face but not caring. He just wanted his mother!

This time, she woke up, rubbing her eyes. Seeing Shay, she smiled. "Hi, there!" she barked. Shay froze, not knowing what to think. "I'm Rae," the she-pup continued, oblivious to Shay's confusion. "What's your name?"

"Shay," he stated. "Where's my mother?"

Rae shrugged. "I dunno. Where'd you come from?"

Shay mirrored her movements. "I don't know that, either."

At these barks, the large wolf with whom Shay'd been sharing a bed with without even realizing, stirred. She raised her bright blue snout from her paws and gave Rae a lick on the head. "You're up early, sweetie." She said softly. "I see you've met our visitor."

Shay recognized this to be Rae's mother. Maybe she knew his? "Where's my mother?" he repeated, this time, directing the question to the blue wolf sprawled out before him.

Her face immediately fell and she leaned forward to nuzzle Shay. "She's very ill. But don't worry, she'll be better in no time."

Despite the doubt edging her voice, Shay forced himself to believe her words. "Okay." He wagged his tail absentmindedly.

Rae's mother smiled, gently pushing him into a laying position. "Go back to sleep. Tomorrow, Rae can show you around camp."

Now Shay smiled, closing his eyes. Before he could fall back asleep, he heard a whisper in his ear he immediately recognized as Rae. "I'll take care of you 'till your mother gets better." Then, she curled up around him for the second time that afternoon. But this time, her scent wasn't strange. It was sweet and comforting.

Username: DogLife. is my cs user name, and I am proud to tell you that I am a dog lover. I could not live without their listening ears and soft eyes. I also adore music, hanging out with my friend, and adopting characters from different areas of this cool site. I am also a lover of swimming, and writing. The thing that plagues my day is... homework!

Why do you want this character?: I have never adopted from here before, but I was interested to see what the pets here were like. As I scrolled down I saw the most adorable pets ever, I knew I had to try! I love the design, the colour scheme and the cute effect they have!

Where will you use it, and what will you use it for?: I have been planning to write a story about a group of my characters. I have one currently, called Aliya. I adopted her from Symphony. Another called Faith is in the works, and I am trying out for another two from Symphony. A group of six... would be perfect. I hope I can gain the three I am trying for...

Hope (mother)
I chose the name Hope for this beautiful girl because she has the markings titled Faith, Hope and Love. As I said before, I have a character in the works called Faith, so Hope seemed very fitting for our mother. And after what has happened to her in the past... it is no wonder that that is her name... because she needs lots...

Suki (child)
Suki finishes off her mum's markings, as her name in Japanese means Love. Suki is a special name to me. My best friend lemons. has a dog called Suki. When I lost my own dog Suggs, it was lemons. who comforted my and later, when she adopted her, Suki who let me be near the dogs that I love once again. So thanks, lemons. and Suki (Pookie Bear), for being there for me. I dedicate my little pup's name to your kindness.

Personality:
Hope

Hope has two sides to her personality. Mostly she is in the mode I like to call: The calm, loving mum side. There is a also: The wild, overprotective side. The calm side is the one that rules her world, this kindness spreads to nearly everyone, but there are a few exceptions. Hope's love for the world is contagious. You cannot meet her and not love her!

Hope loves everyone and everything in the world she lives on. She will gladly put her life on the line if it means saving the life of a fellow inhabitant. She is calm in all situations and very level headed. She is brave, yet never not headed or irrational. She is a loving creature. As an example of the love she shares with others, the best way I can think of is a story. Once, when she and Suki were on the run, she caught a rat. The smallest morsel, just enough for two weak dogs to feast upon. But on the way back to the shelter, she found an injured, mewling kitten. Hope could not leave the kitten behind, so she took her along. Giving the kitten the morsel of rat she was going to eat was risky. She may not have survived. The kitten was better within a week however, and she caught caught a thrush to thank the life saving Angel who had saved her life.

However, Hope is not just a sweet pooch you can bend to your tyrants will. She is a fighter and a survivor. Hope is extremely overprotective of her little girl Suki, and when she faces a foe, it only takes so much before it's all over. Her anger raises in three stages. Stage one is backing up to protect her daughter, and giving the for a warning look. If they ignore this, it leads to Stage two. In this stage she will begin to growl, and issue passionate threats. Stage three is rarely used, as Hope does not want to scare Suki. Stage three is a fight. But the extreme she will go to is nips and unleashing her claws.

All in all she is a kind, loving dog. The one thing she wants most in life is her daughter's safety. She is overprotective, yet calm and level headed, always there for you if you need help.

Suki

Is it just me in my opinion, but are the cute ones always the one who makes tones of mayhem and mischief in the world? This sums up our little Suki to a T. Sukes is crazy, and naughty to the bone, hot headed, a little feisty and a he'll of a lot of trouble. And with that boundless energy of hers, ma sure has a hard time keeping up!

The little pup is only 8 years old (I have a thing about giving my characters human ages) which in dog years is 1. Her mama is 2 in dog years. Anyway, she has a list as long as both your arms full of endlessly and perfectly preformed pranks! It is crazy what our twitchy and tiny friend can get up too behind her mum's turned back. As well as being a mischief maker of top quality, Sukes is a master mind in trouble. She never stops moving or plotting her next move, she is practically insane! She wriggle her way out of any situation with that hot head and sharp wit about her. I tell you, this one is a hand full.

But even our energetic friend has a soft side. Suki is easily scared by the dark and all its inhabitants. She shivers and quakes. Nothing but mams hug can calm her. And even when she is plaguing the world with her trouble making skills, she is still kind and sweet, always there for others, her golden heart full of love. She will never give up on you, no matter what. Your stuck with her, for life!

History:

The history, however, of these two calm loving dogs is a bleak one. Very few know who Suki's dad is, or her twin. Fewer still know the whole story, the story that keeps them both awake late into the night. For that past is so dark that both of them are even lucky to be alive. With a monster of a father like Suki's, it is no wonder why both these dogs cower away from the shadows sometimes.

It all started when Hope thought she had found a guy who would save her from the darkness. They dreamed, or at least Hope did, for a future for themselves together. But with his thuggish ways, it was not to be... Hope had twin pups with the love she had found. Suki was the runt, the smaller pup who nearly did not make it, not with her being so small. Hope was worried for her baby girl, for she knew her boy thought that girls were a low species. The little boy they called Tye, and he was the mirror image of his brutish father. When the pups were old enough to survive without ma, the father, Shadow, he pulled them apart. He left Hope to die alone and cold whist he tested to see what his pups were made of. Tye was strong and never gave up, a quality that his dad was very proud of. And what really made him proud was the way Tye let Suki know who was boss. One day Hope found a way free from the room of death, but gave herself away with a cry of anguish when she saw poor Suki. And when Shadow saw her, he went mad!

Hope and Shadow yelled at eachother, Shadow to Hope about her still breathing, Hope to Shadow about what her pups were facing! She was so mad it was unlike her but she launched herself at Shadow snarling with vengeance for her pup Suki, snarling at the pain he had made her experience. But being light and the worst fighter alive, Shadow pinned her down. It was all over, or so they all thought. As a young pup herself, Hope had saved the life of an owl whose wing was broken. And it seemed the owl was grateful for her kindness. Out of luck the owl knew deep in the roots of her feathers what the Angel needed help. With the owl attacking on one side, Hope on the other and Suki on his tail they managed to pin him down. The owl continued to protect Hope whist she and Suki escaped.

Dislikes

Her son - betrayal is harsh, especially when your son sides with your back stabbing boyfriend.
Her so called boyfriend - A creep who ruined her life, nothing else needed.
Shepherds Pie - She is just not sure of the stuff... it tastes weird.
Fish - lives in the sea, not on land. Comes from the sea, Hope won't eat it.
Treacle - Too sweet for her liking, not to her taste.
Bullies - They push you into the shadows and force you to stay there. They leave scars, mental ones. Shadow ruined her life in the same way.
Wars, Fighting and Pain - the world could do with a little less of this... and Hope wishes that it would go away.
Death - she doesn't really hate this as much, but Hope still wishes that she could save more lives from death.
The Dark - It dulls your senses and brings nightmares. Whats NOT to like?
Creepy Crawlies - it's bugs okay? They are creepy. Nothing else needed!

Her mum - She is always there for little Suki, and she loves her.
Her mums friends - She owes Fai, Dali, Wisp and Ali si much in thanks.
Lollipops - WHAT??!!?? They taste nice!
The colour blue - it gives off good vibes and helps calm her down.
Pranks - who doesn't like dumping a water balloon on someone's head whilst you laugh at them from a tree? Well, Suki definitely likes it!
Pasta - I think Suki is an Italian girl at heart. She loves pasta and pizza, whenever she gets some its the best thing she has ever eaten!
Peanut Butter Jelly Time! - It tastes nice and nutty, and Suki loves nuts. Nuttella is another of her personal favourites when it comes to spreads.
Pine trees - they let off a soothing element that reminds her of her mum, pine trees are very special to her.
Running - Suki loves running with the wind in her ears and her tongue looling out. The wind tastes good!

Spiders!!!!!!!! - KEEP THEM AWAY! I CANT STAND THEM. SUCH a drama queen!

A: Ooooh, thats a hard one. I wouldn't mind having another boyfriend, as long as this one actually stays with me this time, and doesn't mind little Suki, the yeah. But its hard for something to go right again, especially after what we went through, me and Sukis that is!

Q: Do you like books? Whats your favourite?

A: Well, I am not the most bookish dog in the world, but tge Hunger Games trilogy captured my heart. I love them, especially when Katniss and Peeta find real happiness at the end. Those kind of dramatic books are the ones I like to read!

What about music? What type genre of music do you listen to?

I generally love to listen to Pop music, but not really fast and funky pop, some of those sower and calmer ones are my type, but She Wolf, that song is an exception!

Sometimes. Okay, sometimes I even miss him! I know he was an idiot, and that he took after dad. I know I dislike him, but yet, I still love him. You know?

Dastral

Username: Cheshire is my name, my username was inspired by Lewis Carols story "The Adventures of Alice in Wonderland." I was fascinated by his witty world of wonder, never knowing what's going to happen next. The Cheshire Cat is one character, which in the book, we don't hear from much, which with a little help from Walt Disney and Tim Burton we get to explore more of the Cheshires mind. He is very odd indeed, disapearig left and right, some may even say he's not all there himself...in the land of Wonderland everyone is mad, bonkers, if you look around the world it's just MAD! But all the best people are mad and bonkers. Cheshire is a sneaky little fella always popping in at the wrong moments and making them hectic. Much like myself, Cheshire is much of an outsider, even the very insane are not fond of him, much like the kids from school to me. I guess that the Cheshire is just like me in a few ways that's why I relate so much. This is why my user is Cheshire is my name : 3

Name: I have decided on the name Dastral for this beatiful creature. I could not find any meaning behind the name on my own(if anyone could find it if be ever so grateful.) The name to me sounded very graceful and majestic, as Dastral is.

Why do you want this character? Dastrals design is very beatiful, I fell in love with her the moment I saw her. I've never adopted from here before. It seems like a very good system you have going here as well. I thought it was time Datral had a chance at a better home. I was on the search for more adopts to join my pack. As you can see in my siggy my blue baby Cammy, Cammy although shy is a player. He currently has his eyes set on Dastral, I'm tempted to see if Dastral will fall for his boyish charms.

Where will you use it, and what will you use it for? I will not use Dastral anywhere other then my own personal stories. She will be used as yet another love interest for Cammy. She will go on to cause many troubles in Cammy's life...see Cammy has a few pups of his own that he doesn't really like to tell the females he persuades to be with him that he has pups. But she's really not going to cause any trouble...she will go on to catch Cammy red pawed.

Why do you want this character? I want this character because I have always had a love for a mint green coloring, however none of my current like 4 characters have any form of green. Also I am quite Irish and she reminds me a lot of my heritage and part of me has a kindling to turn her into my fursona.
Where will you use it, and what will you use it for? I plan on using this lil' cutie for my next story line as well as possible turn her into my fursona, and use her as my "alter ego" of sorts because of how much I love her. Literally upon seeing this cat on the original owner's forum I knew I had to have her. I contacted her about it but it was already too late so I decided to track her down.

Name: Halona
Gender: Female
Personality: Halona is a very generous girl. However she is one of those who can't bear to possibly see others upset or angry. Any time something like that occurs, Halona takes it upon herself for blame. Because of this Halona struggles to keep herself happy, but doesn't tend to mind as long as she knows that those around her are happy. However when Halona has her depression bouts, she never leans towards suicide: she tends to just sit, and stare blankly at the wall. Halona's love of making others happy gives her a general vibe of good character. She can be very outgoing but is also quite the introvert. If it can to going out or staying at home to read a book, she would choose to stay home. Though she tries to be a kind and loving being, Halona can also have quite the temper at times. Thanks to some lessons and meditating training, Halona managed to slowly take control over her anger. Thus giving her the edge of many others. The whole good is greater than evil thing.
Halona also has a very strong love of nature and cooking. She leans more towards the creative side of life, rather than logical.

History: When it comes to the past, Halona struggles. She had such a troublesome past that most of youth she tried to repress. However she likes to think that her past is what made her who she is today.

Halona was born prematurely. So early in fact that her parents thought she wouldn't make it. Her father, Kieran, was a tough Irish tom who happened to fall for a Native American cutie, Magena (moon). Magena decided that with the luck of their daughter's surviving after birth that her name should mean something of luck. Her father scoffed, "Luck of Irish fr'sure!" At the moment Halona was truly born, a Native American name meaning luck, as a promise to her parents and her heritages.

The first few years would good. Halona's parents got along great and anyone could easily see just how in love and happy they were together. Their daughter didn't weaken their love, but rather strengthened it. Kieran was extremely protective of his rather small daughter. Halona remained undersized for most of her life due to her prematurity, and Kieran believed it was his duty to keep her safe. About three years in, things turned sour. One morning Halona awoke to find her mother missing. She asked her father about her mother's whereabouts. Supposedly she had been out getting breakfast ready for them. Within a few hours, and still no sight of Magena, the two set out in search of her. They found her out dead on the side of the road, half frozen over already with the inset of winter. Her mother had been killed. The kind and thoughtful woman that sang to her every night before bed to help her sleep was dead. Now it was just her father and her.

However Halona's father's grieving turned into a blame game, and his mourning turned to anger. This anger was directed at his daughter. "This is all your fault!" He would scream almost daily "if it wasn't for feeding you your mother would be alive!" And the abuse just worsened from there. Her father had turned into the very thing he used to protect her from. Nothing would ever be the same.

By age 9, Halona decided it was time to run away from home. The abuse had continued long enough. Now was the time for her to be reborn, and to love like her mother had once again.
