-Absolutely DO NOT claim the Draquus species as your own. All images are owned by me, all designs are owned by the adopter once the payment has been processed.

-Do not change anything about the design, or the line art.

-Do not edit the images, except for resizing the original image. Do not crop, write text on, draw over, or manipulate the original reference image.

-Do not do art of an adoption unless given permission by the owner, or if it is a gift please PM the owner and ask permission to post it.

-All adopters start with 1 opening in their barn. This goes for any Dracquus (Breeding, Adoption, Custom, etc...) Do not worry about slots, they will be given out rather easily in events created in the Dracquus Fanclub. They can also be purchased with 3 different wishlist items.

-Please do not worry me, or other artists about certain designs, or when breedings will open. People draw what they feel, and constantly asking about a certain design causes pressure that makes it harder to create.

-I reserve the right to ban users, I am an extremely easy going person, but bullying, or rude behavior will not be tolerated. I do not like to do this, I love my species and want as many people as possible to appreciate them as well. Just please keep this in mind.

-You are not allowed to resell, or transfer ownership of a Dracquus in any way. Unwanted designs must come back here to be adopted out as a free adoption. If you quit CS you are allowed to keep your design, but any breeding, or transfer has to be through me here. You are allowed to make your Dracquus deceased, in this event please let me know and I will strike them on the archives list. A deceased Dracquus can not breed or be transferred, please keep this in mind when making the decision.

-The design is made through the Dracquus, please do not transfer the design onto another species.

- Not a rule but, ***Please keep in mind things happen, computers are fickle beasts, please save your design. I can not guarantee my computer will always have your design saved. My SO is a wizard with computers but sometimes things simply can't be fixed.***

-Please have payment ready and posted in the form. I will not search for an acceptable payment in your groups.

-You are more than welcome to ask for an unshaded version of your Dracquus. Just please be patient, and allow me time to get it to you.

Heaven. So the name of this place is the Vale of Heaven, yes.

-Can I participate in events if I do not yet have a Dracquus?
Yes, of course. I have a couple that can be used for events, simply ask.
If in the event you win extra openings in your barn you will receive those plus still have the first slot that all first time adopters receive. In total if you win 3 openings/slots you would then have 4 total.

-What is the gender of my Dracquus?
Large horns, Whiskers, Beard = Male
Small horns, No Whiskers, No Beard = Female

Breeding Rules

-Do NOT breed on your own. All breedings are done through this shop.
-Each female can only breed once per season. Males can breed as many times as wanted.
-You may ask other users to breed their Dracquus, keep in mind each Dracquus has only 3 slots. (Can only have 3 offspring)
-You must quote permission for each Dracquus in your form. This involves also telling me if you own one or both.
-Breedings are ONLY between Male X Female. And NO INBREEDING will be accepted.
-As with all Dracquus, you must have an open slot, you can not order if you don't have an open slot.
-Foals born in a breeding season can not breed for 3 weeks after they are born.
-You can GIFT a breeding to another user. They must have an open slot. The user must have at least 100 posts, and announce on this thread that they would like a gift. The user that gifts the mare and stallion will get 1 additional opening in their barn.
