♥♥ Bloom Dapple Has a New Home~

Hey guys! I just finished my last day of my resignation period at work today so next week I will be posting the thread I've been putting together to start fresh with our designers controlling their own currency. I will also complete all the Halloween pets next week, they are beyond over due!

I've had so much going on the past few months that I even decided to drop all of my college courses this semester, so I hope everyone understands how much appreciate the patience I have received with Bloom Dapple. <3

Any suggestions from my staff on how we should handle converting the current bank into currencies that can be used in each of your shops? Also, I'm working my way to everyone via PM since I think I heard back from almost all my staff members about staying on the team. <3

Hey guys!

I've decided to make another change to BD. We'll no longer have name labels on our pets... this is something I loved about our pets, however, it makes it difficult when you decide to trade them with another player and arranging the swap with the artist. While I hope we don't have a turn over rate with our designers there is always a chance they will leave us, and they are the only ones with the file to make adjustments.

I have also brought up the idea of items, and if we no longer have labels it will be easier to play with adding those items.

Also, our archive has taken a while to complete due to Pooka.'s schooling (I have faith that she will release her master piece this year)... in the mean time I thought we could make a mock archive. The idea would be to have anyone interested make their own exclusive post in an archive thread and updating as they adopt or trade and also giving you the ability to show, right on the archive, which pets you're willing to trade.

This is similar to what I tried to do with the fan club but this time there will be no chatting in between posts, it will be strictly where you have one post to organize your pets. Chatting about BD and trading is welcome and encouraged in the fan club.

As for the second issue, perhaps we might have an entirely separate thread where trading is to be done? With forms and such?

I'm actually setting up a system for trading to hopefully make it more straight forward. The old archive thread where we posted code drops will now be where you post your trade form and the second party from the trade will quote to confirm their agreement, this way we can keep accurate record of each trade since there is no discussion in the code drop thread.

I feel that keeping trade discussion in the fan club might be best because I don't want a lot of side threads. With these changes there will be 4 threads related to BD, the main thread, the new archive (where everyone can make one post), the drop box (storage for event codes, staff information/codes, code drops and swap forms) and our trusty fan club. c:

Finally we're to the point where we can break up the bank between designers.
I would advise that you post your form as quickly as possible so that we can get back on track and release new BD pets. c:

I am also still a designer but I will likely be more inactive than the others for a time while I adjust after my move in a couple of weeks.

note: I've decided I'm going to open all species to our regular staff! This, however, doesn't mean they have to work with them all, they can choose their favorites and stick with them or bounce around. This will prevent anyone from being favored simply because of a species.
