There is a silver mist creeping through the branches, pale sunlight filtering between
the gaps to become translucent glowing shards, hanging solidly in the air just above
the frigid earth. The bark of the trees is as pale as the moon, giving off an ethereal
ambiance to the entire forest. Your mind has long since grown weary and these
changes don’t arouse much concern in you. Rather, any thoughts you might have had
are muddled and only seem to skirt around the edge of your consciousness.

The only entrance into Whitebark territory is through a shallow mountain pass which
can be easily identified by a line of the clan’s namesake, white-barked trees. The
further into Whitebark territory one travels, the bigger the trees grow and the
steeper the cliffs on either side of the territory begin to climb. A veil of clouds
normally rests just above the treetops, secluding the clan even further by keeping
them out of sight. At the back of the clan’s territory is another rocky wall, split at
an angle by a roaring waterfall. The river keeps mostly to one side of the territory,
dropping off into a series of layered waterfalls and pools before cutting across the
land to line up with the opposite wall. The river's stepping stones would technically
allow the clan to explore past it, but the cats are content with the land they’ve
already secured and have no desire to expand.

Whitebark’s camp is settled against one of the cliffsides, surrounded by thick
underbrush. The entrance to the clan’s camp is a small tunnel dug out from beneath
a massive fallen tree. Rocky ledges and outcroppings form a number of the clan’s dens,
and the camp is situated more vertically rather than spread out in a clearing (cough,
artwork is a wip. so both that and these descriptions are bound to change).
Currently, the clan is still relatively small and close-knit. There isn't a need yet to
have families break off and establish their own colonies within Whitebark's territory.
