Pallas is a kid interested in the art of languages but, since she feels slightly pressured by her family to be obsessed with space. Wanting to fit in she developed the desire to be a robotics engineer. Just for clarification Pallas loves robotics just as much, if not more, than language. She is could be considered an engineering protegy. By expanding her interest and ideas for her future occupation Pallas will no longer feel that family would be disappointed her in her. In saying more about her, Pallas loves her cat Lo to death and calls herself the LOver ; she has a minuscule fanclub of one for him and loves him dearly. Pallas is incredibly creative and imaginative, so Pallas thinks she's a space captain and often incorporates her family friends and even Lo in her fantasy adventures. Pallas's main hobby of larping (live action roleplaying) all day long has made her quite the nuisance to their mountain community. Along side her Pallas has made herself some small little robots who she programmed to follow her every pawstep. These are known as her "Galaxia Robo Squadron". Pallas has such an intense love for cats that each of her robots are modeled after a certain breed.

Sadly, Pallas has a physical hindrance that she fears will keep her from her goal of being a space rover engineer. She has cerebral palsy, and therefore has a serious muscle spasm and stuttering problem. Not the cute kind either. She prefers not to talk just so she can't get spasms and such. She walks around with a PDA she invented that goes around her neck to text and communicate to others. This PDA was created with lab safety googles, which is not only creative and unique but also useful for when she's working and does not feel like talking.

Pallas is also kinda of a jerk . . .no she's an absolute jerk. With her uppity attitude and constant roleplaying it is a rarity to see her break character. In short, she can get annoying. Hypocritically, she finds others who aren't up to her caliber as annoying. She does favors for family, friends and strangers in return for recognition. Pallas also cross dresses because she dislikes feminine clothing and prefers the masculine style of tuxedos and uniforms. Funny thing, she does not consider bows feminine at all. Pallas's favorite accessory is a scarf, which she often wears two or more of them at a time. Although she is sorta of doormat and has a habit of thinking others talk behind her back. Pallas's way with words is strong and she can communicate well; she usually types up letters to people in order to defend herself and others (if she feels inclined to do so). Pallas regularly writes in her Sky Journal, a journal full of photographs that she takes of the sky. This small, busy Plumerian has a lot on her plate to show!

Pallas is a child, and let that be known. Therefore, children are not perfect and have a decent amount of faults. Pallas is one of them. To start off, Pallas is undoubtedly sassy and reckless. Pallas loves talking back, throwing herself into the unknown and always breaking the occasional plate at home. She's nonconforming and loves sticking by her own rules. Oh, and Comet's rules as well since he runs the household. Pallas isn't a troubled child per say, she just is boundless and evasive. Pallas is often unintentionally rude, and often intentionally rude as well. Hopefully, this is one of the traits that she loses when she gets older. Pallas is quite uppity, but not in the way that you would think.

Pallas is gallant in her roleplaying activities and never breaks character. Let it be known, Pallas does not talk often, if not at all. It's not because she's a selective mute but mostly for keeping track of her roleplays. For clarification, Pallas's cerebral palsy makes her have muscle spasms in her jaw and that gives her a terrible stuttering problem. She hasn't told her parents about this because she would hate to worry them about it. Comet and Cyril know about her condition and help her through it. After all, if Comet and Cyril can help Neptune with his mental disabilities then surely they can help Pallas with her physical ones. Sadly, Pallas is self conscious so she made herself a PDA that has a text-to-speech function. This PDA also doubles as lab googles, which is why you can see her wearing them a large majority of the time. It may appear that Pallas is skeptical of her surrounds and she is, to a degree that is. Hypocritically again, Pallas hates skeptics herself and tries to stay away from them as she can. If one is not a complete optimist around Pallas she's going to be chiding you for a while. That, or at least complain about you.



Pallas is competitive wherever she goes, especially in her room. On her bedroom desk, which she has deemed a "lab" of sorts, Pallas makes little drones that are modeled after cat breeds. Pallas hopes to be a rover engineer and she knows how hard it is for females to get into S.T.E.M fields. She does not worry about getting a future job though because she is considered a young protege at robot building. She's disorganized though, so it's a wonder how she even gets anything done. Ever since Pallas was little she's been taking pots and pans and trying to stack them up, designing "robuts" as she would call them. Comet and Cyril have been incredibly supportive of Pallas and her space related pursuits of rover building. Eventually, Pallas hopes to become famous and design famous rovers like Curiosity.



Or, that would be the case, if she wasn't so fussy. Pallas is always strict with the details, especially when acting; she's diligent that way. Pallas does not take imperfection well and always strives to make sure things are perfect. This often leads to her staying up doing her homework because she does not just want to get it done but wants it to be 100% correct. Pallas does cry when she makes mistakes as well, so anything less than 100% is not good enough for her. In addition, she extends this to her friends and family as well, but in a less severe way. Pallas tries to motivate them to do their best but with a haughty attitude. She means well, but it doesn't come off that way. If someone can't keep up to her standards she finds them annoying, which is interesting and hypocritical because Pallas is annoying and refuses to go by others standards.

Pallas is a hedonist, but not the kind one first thinks. Pallas believes in carpe diem ( 'seize the day') and believes that you should live to the fullest extend. That means that Pallas, although stressed, tries to let bygones be bygones and moves on from any major problem in her life. This is a problem, because Pallas is a klutzy juggernaut; she'll mow through anything, may it be food, logic or your lawn! Pallas's belief in adventure, plus her klutzy ways and pleasure-seeking life, leads to a child who is not aware of her surrounds or even if she's hurt others' feelings. Luckily, Pallas is unprecedentedly predictable. The reason for that is because she acts "in character" as Pallas the Cybercaptain. That makes anticipating what she says easier and much more bearable when she starts talking rude.

Overall Pallas is a sassy child, but she's got determination, she's got grit, and she's got guts. She's not afraid to speak out and wants the best in everyone. She believes in hard work and if you believe in that as well, then you'll most likely think she's swell.

Comet, Cyril, Devastis and Pallas Tuttle all live out in the mountains where there is little light pollution in Crawford Nebraska. They have a house with many rooms. Pallas and Devastis currently live in Venus's old room before she moved out. Venus and Neptune both live on their own after they got old enough to move out of the Tuttle Household. Due to Neptune anxiety and disinterest in socializing he lives out in Alaska since Alaska has a low population and cold temperatures. As a plus, Neptune can also relish the fact that he now lives alone. Venus lives with Warren in an Apartment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with their two new babies. Venus and Warren visit occasionally, but not too much, especially since the arrival of their kids.

Pallas's and Devastis's bedroom is very much blue due to Pallas winning a rock-paper scissors match when they were younger. The bedroom is actually sorta split with Pallas having many cat themed accessories on her side while Devastis has more fandom-y things on hers. Pallas owns messy drawers, tables and a tidy bed. Not surprising actually. The twin's room is basically just a disaster area waiting to happen. If it wasn't for the pretty blues and geeky things Comet would probably tell them to clean their rooms much more often. Pallas's couch is filled with rpg notes and some late homework that she hasn't turned in yet. Her bed is surprisingly neat though; Pallas makes sure to make her bed every morning. Comet's and Cyril's room often is not visited much by Pallas. Although Pallas loves to climb into bed with Comet and Cyril if she has galactic nightmares often more than not Cyril's video games are littered on the floor. Since Cyril is so stringent with his video games it's often a game of "The Floor is Hot Lava" between the twins as they try to avoid touching the floor. It's the only way to get around not touching Cyril's games. Plus, he plays too so it's fun for the whole family.



Back to Pallas's side of the room, Pallas's roleplaying clothes are hanging in the closet while her normal, actual clothes are underneath her bed? Why? It's probably because Pallas prefers to wear her "galaxia" outfit and if only her rpg clothes are hanging up then when Comet comes into to iron outfits for her then he's forced to iron those for school. At at least for two seconds. Devastis usually then goes under Pallas's bed and brings up the hidden clothes from under Pallas's bed. Pallas still resents Devastis from this constant habit of going through her things. The item that Pallas is most protective of is her Crush Jar. It's exactly what it says on the tin, and yet not. Pallas's Crush Jar is filled with those who she values the most in an obsessive way, but not romantic. No, Pallas seems to have a . . .unique way of feeling about these individuals. As Pallas sees herself as an antihero she prefers. . .to defeat these briliant individuals. Hence why it's called the "Crush Jar"; a list of all those who Pallas wants to defeat! Devastis will always take names and add names to the jar against Pallas's will, which also makes her embarassed and flustered. It's probably the item that causes the most chemistry between them.





Pallas secretly loves her family members, but she tries and pretends that she doesn't so they won't leave her alone. It's not that they are annoying to her per se, but more so that Pallas doesn't believe that they truly accept her. She loves books, and the sky, so she's afraid that by having another interest in a completely different field might make her a bit of a disgrace. Of course, they do love her and accept all of her strange hobbies, roleplaying included. Alas, Pallas still stresses out about being too weird for her family members. That's why she tries to put out a vain, arrogance appearance. If boring, clumsy Pallas appears to be some great "Cybercaptain of the Galaxia" then maybe she can match her family in their extraordinary ways. She finds herself a starling, unable to fly while looking at the great, vast sky of brilliant stars.
Eventually Pallas will get that she's a perfect fit in the family, but intil then she'll try and impress them.

The Tuttle family is one of the few families who eat together. Well, unless you subtract the times when Cyril is playing video games. Luckily, the rest of the Tuttle family is understanding enough to just move dinner where he plays video games and have dinner there.

Comet and Pallas have a very intense relationship with each other. Due to Comet's immense amount of astrology knowledge Pallas always feels the strong urge to be competitive with him. She studies up on her facts daily and Comet and her have little bouts of back and forth trying to out fact each other. It's a great bonding experience and keeps both Comet's and Pallas's minds shark as a tact. Although Comet has quite the winning strike he doesn't try to win all the time and allows his daughter to win every once in a while. Many a time would Comet take his children outside to take late night walks and spy for stars in the sky. Comet isn't completely strict or rigid but for him to try and keep things in order often has him chiding Pallas. It's well known that the only person who can keep Pallas from acting up is indeed Comet Tuttle. As Pallas becomes a rebellious teenager she does have a period where she gets really annoyed with Comet and tries to argue with him on almost all topics. Over time, Pallas seems to simmer down and allow Comet to keep the house in order.

Heh, anyway, Dad is hella cool in some instances. Such as the fact that when he plays videogames we sorta have this mini let's play series with just the two of us. Sure, the videos aren't being posted anywhere but it's really fun to do them with Dad! My favorite Let's Plays, or how I call them, Let's Stays. . .because you know, he barely leaves the house and all. Oh, yeah, my favorites! My favorites are his favorites. I love our Grand Theft Auto LP the most! Momma Comet got so upset at the fact that I was watching it! He said something about it being too mature for me! Ha, fat chance. Pallas would be lying if she said that her favorite father wasn't Cyril. She loves his lazy attitude about life and his laziness always makes her giggle. He's cocky, just like her and it gives reassurance to Pallas that it's okay to be proud of herself sometimes. Proud enough to call casual gamers degenerates? Err. . .probably not. Since Cyril is such a good sport he taught Pallas the rules of sportsmanship. Pallas considers herself a good sport and tries to incorporate what she learned from Cyril in her roleplays to keep things fair. It's because of Cyril's videogames that Pallas aspires to become a hero of the galaxy if you will.

Pallas's twin sister, and the one that she fights the most when it comes to roleplaying. Pallas always insists to be in the lead roles and if Devatis even tries to suggest her to be in any role other than support Pallas throws a hissy fit. Luckily, Devastis ignores this and actually takes Pallas's fits and uses them against her. Devatis is the only person in this whole world, no, galaxy, that can push Pallas's buttons so easily. Pallas appreciates her sister but finds her so annoying she could scream expletives for hours. However, Deva is one of the few who don't think Pallas should grow up and stop rping, so Pallas leaves her existence alone. When Pallas isn't trying to maintain rigid character she can often be found with her twin and watching sci-fi movies together.

Neptune and Pallas have an interesting relationship when you boil it down. Since Pallas prefers not to talk and Neptune isn't the most social they often just enjoy each other's company. Neptune isn't much for physical contact so Pallas often cuddles up with him to spite him. However, Pallas does this only once a week at the most so Neptune is often left alone. Pallas often says rather rude things to Neptune about his disabilities such as "Why are you so lame Neppy?" and "Neppy you gotta smile more because you're even turning my frown upside down!". Fortunately Neptune realizes that Pallas's heart is in the right place and doesn't take it to heart too much, although it does hurt. As Neptune grew older he spent even less time with Pallas. Pallas began to become intimidated by Neptune, especially from witnessing his schizophrenia episodes. To help him out Pallas often makes sure to remind Neptune to take his medication. When Neptune eventually moved out the house Pallas really hasn't seen much of him since then. She thinks of writing letters but she never does and overall really only thinks of him when he or Venus comes over to visit. She makes sure to talk his ears off about everything he's missed in the home since his absence. Eventually, when Pallas is an adult she'll finally manage to send Neptune a crudely written letter of salutations.

Pallas, like almost all members of the Tuttle family, is absolutely smitten with Venus. Pallas even tries to walk like her and mimic her movements! Initially, Pallas was completed jealous of her sister. Why? It's because Pallas herself envies Venus's abilitiy to be adventurous, fun and be well liked. Pallas isn't any of those three, although she at least tries to be adventurous. Pallas has spent the first few years of her life trying to hurt Venus by saying rude things, such as "how much she smells" and "how no one would marry her" and other juvenile spouts of hodgepodge. However, Venus never took (much) offense to Pallas's silver tongue and actually tried to help her sister with her jealousy. Venus would drag Pallas around, forcing the both of them to get to know each other. As much as Pallas tried to fight it (for 7 and a half months) she eventually gave and and started loving her sister just as much as the family does. Now, Pallas is Venus's number one fan and will actually fight you if you say otherwise.

Pallas is quite okay with Warren since he's Venus's mate. Initially, she hated him because "No one is good enough for Venus!" Eventually Pallas has warmed up to Warren and even allows him to have guitar lessons with him. She isn't completely that good, but she holds her own enough to strum a little tune or two. Often her lessons with Warren consist of bad jokes with tasteless humor and some humming long as the two of them strum. Again, Pallas is not good at it nor is it one of her hobbies but it does seem to be a manifestation of a bridge between her and Warren.

Pallas doesn't get along with her nephew very well. Although he is not too much younger than she is she finds him unbearable. Pallas has yet to meet Phoenix but is very excited to. Pallas really would love another pal to roleplay with since Devastis sorta gets on her nerves on occasion and she's not the biggest fan of Caelum. Pallas sees Aleksy as a prey-like alien species with dark eye whites and long ears. Taking Aleksy's prey nature into account she always tests her new gear on him to see how well they work. Fortunately, nothing she owns is too dangerous so Aleksy always ends up with very little scratches. Although too meek to defend himself he's quite a good runner so Pallas always enjoys the chase.

Pallas hates Milk down to his very being. However, the reason why Milk is an underling instead of an enemy because Pallas does not see him in any light as a rival or even someone threatening. Milk is just that civilian who dies first at the first signs of war and nothing else. Pallas refuses to even be around him due to his pitiful nature. Plus, Milk is a realist, which Pallas doubly hates.

Pallas does not have too many friends, and it's no surprise. Mostly, Pal sticks with herself, Lo and her rovers. Pallas isn't afraid of making friends per se, but when she's around people they expect her to break character and to "act normal". Pallas, truly uncomfortable with the thought of having to stop acting usually just stays away from people all together. Oh, and people hate it when Pallas types what she wants to say instead of speaking it. Still, there are a few who can get along with Pallas, and those who do get a really strange but charming friend. "Eeee, Buddy! I am so confused by him! You'd expect someone who looks so much like a Cannite to be much more aggressive and mean, but he's really. . .nice? I don't know if he's planning on betraying me later on or if his feelings are really genuine. Buddy is very cute though, I will admit. Huh? No no, not in that way. As in, his innocence and willingness to be kind and show friendship is really. . .inspiring, for lack of a better word. Perhaps I may have some use for him in my squad. " Buddy and Pallas's relationships is very straightforward. He's the dog, and she's the cat. Dog tries to make friends with Cat but the cat pushes him away. Since Buddy always has a smile on his face and a readiness to make friends Pallas struggles because she's not used to others being nice to her. The two of them are reckless however, so they always manage to get in way over their heads. Sometimes, they do on literal adventures throughout the city just because they act before they think. Pallas loves Buddy's loud side, and often tries to compete with him in yelling contest. Yes, it does indeed scare civilians. Pal has all the respect for Buddy's job as Happiness Helper and Buddy respects Pallas's Cybercaptain title as well. The two will quickly realized how much they have in common soon. If only Pallas was more perceptive then maybe she could see the friendship blooming.

With October's love of games and cosplay and Pallas's love for roleplaying the two get along quite well. October often helps Pallas make her costumes while Pallas gives October the attention she craves so much (although Pallas still remains very much in the spotlight). The two often spend hours gushing about the latest fads and video games and other rather nerdy things. Although Pallas will admit through and through that's she's no nerd she often knows what new games October will play before she plays them. They quickly hit it off and after expressed permission from the Tuttle parents (Ramen has a long history of. . .not being the best with kids) Ramen was designated a safe adult for Pallas to talk with. He manages to give her good advice and be a teacher for her while allowing her to be her Cypercaptain self.

Surprisingly, Pallas does not have a lot of enemies. Most people who come around her only see her as some pest and their relationship stays in the neutral territory. However, there are three people who Pallas certainly can't stand the most.
It also would be helpful to know that Pallas sees all 100's plumerians (50, 100, 200, ect.) as final bosses that she must defeat. To many of them, Pallas is more than a pest.
These three enemies of Pallas are some of her worst, minus Tyun, the neighborhood's loudest barking mutt. Pallas and him are mortal enemies, and she often imagines herself vanquishing him once and for all.

Pallas believes all 100's plumerians are supreme beings of the galaxy so she plans to fight (and slay?) each and everyone of them. Fabel, with her nature, it utterly confused on why this small plumerian continues to try and cut her with an air sword. Pallas often takes things from Fabel's forest and makes a bit deal over them. It's "collateral damage" in Pallas's own opinion. Pallas has a total of 20 leaves and 6 vines that she has taken from Fabel's body herself. If it wasn't for Fabel's reserved state and her gently way of handing others Pallas certainly would have received her just desserts! Overall, despite how irritating Pallas can get Fabel is rather tolerant of her.

Pallas is not a big fan of the sea, so when she saw Cressida she made it her mission to make an enemy out of her. One could consider it an act of aggression based on beauty but it may just deal with Cressida's love for the ocean and Pallas's dislike for it. Randomly enough, Pallas also enjoys taking the icecubes out of Cressida's drinks because Cressida won't drink water unless it has icecubes in it. Apparently it's a military strategy but everyone else knows it's only to annoy Cressida.

"EW EW EW TOTAL LAME NERD. Like, she pretends to act all nice and stuff but she's totally mean and totally rude, even more then I thought I was! She's always doing pranks, which I will admit, are always cool, but like she's really aggressive about them, whatever. Plus, Kin is practically a princess and everyone worships her. I hate princess characters because they are always flat. I bet if you asked Kin what she thought about the state of the economy she wouldn't even be able to answer! I mean, I don't know either but. . .err. . .you know what I mean!!"
Pallas again is very much jealous of Kin, although she is right on a couple of things. Kin and Pallas usually butt heads because both want to be the center of attention: Kin uses her pranks and Pallas uses her engineering and acting skills. It's quite a shame that they both can't get along despite all the things they have in common.
