Dear Kestrel, today there was a new student. Of course, he had to be sorted.


Lara: "Hi, you're cute! Name and interests?"
???: "I'm Compass, but my friends call me Treasure or Tez. I like sports and animals... but I suck at art."
Lara: "ooh, you can be a jock!"*bats eyelashes*

Poor guy, he'll probably have to deal with Lara for the rest of the school year. Of course, he's a jock, so he'll have life easy.

Lily: *elbows me* "He's cute!"
Me: "I suppose."
Lily: "Let's go, we've got math."
Me: "They can't necessarily make us go. Not unless they've got Tasers and bazookas."
Lily: "Atlas is there... "
Me: "Well... Ok."

Lara and Tez are both in my math class as well. Lara was going flirt-crazy on him. And he was flirting back. Not half as much as she was, just a few times when the teacher wasn't looking. I caught Lily looking their way and elbowed her.

Atlas: "So have you got plans for after school?"
Me: "Detention, probably. After that, nothing."
Atlas: "Cool... Can you find time to help me with my math homework?"
Me: "I guess... The library at 4:30?"
Atlas: "Sure."

Then we did math. Not much to say there. I did manage to get into detention, by popping my bubble gum loudly when the teacher asked me a question. Shockingly, Lara was there too.

Me: "So how did little miss perfect get here?"
Lara: "The teacher scolded me for talking to Tez too much."
Me: "Ha. Serves you right!"
Lara: "Outcasts will never understand."
Me: "Better than living the life of a goody two shoes."
Teacher: "Be quiet!"

After detention, I managed to escape to the library without Lily following me.

Me: "So what do you need help with?"
Atlas: "Uh... Question 2, 3, 5, 7...."
Me: "I'll help you with all of them, how about that?"
Atlas: "Sure."
Me: "Oh! I finished a basic sketch of Keeso!"
Atlas: "Cool!" *Grabs paper* "I didn't know you could draw like that."
Me: "Thank you. What should the motto be? It has to relate to the mascot."
Atlas: "Uh... I dunno."
Me: "I'll think on it."

Then Tez walked in. It was obvious Lily has a crush on him, but so does Lara. I feel like walking over there and warning him not to break her heart, but I'll wait until everything progresses further.

Tez: "Hey. Whatcha doing?"
Me: "Workung on a school mascot. You?"
Tez: "The teacher told me to come study Greek mythology."
Me: "Oh."

We worked in silence for a while, then I had to leave. If I stayed any later, Lily would've gone mad.

Lara: "You can be a jock!"
Windsor: *Winks* "Sure."

Wow. Jocks. He didn't seem too bad, actually, compared to some.

Lara: *Sigh* "Name and interests?"
???: "Hi! I'm Chloe, but you can call me Rainbow. I'm artistic and a like reading and writi-"
Lara: "Outcasts."
Chloe: "Ok! By the way, you should get your fur died a different color."
Lara: "HOW DARE YOU?!"
Chloe: "Just telling the truth." *Walks to Lily and me.* "Hey guys!"
Lily: "Hi Rainbow! Wanna be our friend?"
Chloe! "Awesome! We should have a party together!"
Lily: "TOTALLY!"

Those two are very similar.... Aw well. We exchange iPaw numbers with Rainbow/Chloe (not sure what I wanna call her yet) and go to art class. I'm jealous of the new students, they don't have to do any of the group work we're doing in art. Hey, at least it's fun group work.

Atlas: "So I developed a personality for Keeso."
Me: "Ok, lemme hear it."
Atlas: *Reads from paper*
Me: "That's really good. Hey, wanna come to an outcast party?"
Atlas: "Well, I guess..."
Windsor: *Walks up* "Do you know where in the nurse's office is?"
Me: "Yeah... What happened?"
Windsor: "Eh, I hurt myself on the way here. It happens all the time."

Then the queen of evil showed up.
Lara: "Wind, why are you hanging with the outcasts?"
Windsor: "Don't worry, I only flirt with gorgeous populars."
Lara: "Ok." *Walks away."
