Recipe: Limeade cupcakes But I'm gonna suggest some modifications to the recipe- First off, raspberry-lime buttercream so really just combo both these buttercream recipes into one, though I'd personally use fresh lime juice rather than limeade concentrate. And secondly, real lime juice and a lot of lime zest in the cupcakes. I'd say double or so the amount noted in this lime cupcake recipe, personally [so 2-3 tablespoons of zest, 3-4 tablespoons of juice. tbh taste the batter and so long as the consistency is right and you like it???]. Lime zest and juice in cakes is my JAM tbh... If you wanna spruce it up more pop a fresh raspberry on top of each one and/or even add some raspberry filling. Also I really like lime. Half of these are suggestions I thought would be nice off the top of my head and then I found recipes as examples but it's all in the same riff.

Recipe: strawberry sundae bites is a lower calorie dessert and also very simple to make. I've made these a few times when strawberries are in season and it's delicious. I also like to fill half the strawberry with some chocolate, then the rest with whipcream sense I love chocolate. You can also do caramel sauce if that's preferred, just as good.
