Name Inspiration/Explanation: While being a bright flame color, this is not where it would come from totally, but it contributes to his name. He is a bright flame-like color, often other cats knowing him for this, but because he has a very fiery personality, making him very passionate about different things and trying to do his best. While the Tip part comes form just the tip of his tail being white.

name inspiration/explanation: foxface's name came initially from his resemblance to the fox. with his ginger coat and white chest, paws and tail-tip, it was an obvious choice for his mother to name him fox. however, the suffix in his clan name came from his tendencies to be deceiving. a figure most distrust within the clan, foxface has been known to lie. manipulation comes easily to him, adding to his relation with the fox. it would seem as though this off-putting name was chosen for him in an effort of trying to convince him to be more truthful - but he chose it himself. Gorse - Gorseflame was found as a kit, several moons old, playing in a patch of gorse. Finding it fitting, along with the colour of her pelt, they decided to call her Gorsekit.
Flame - Gorsepaw had a very bright spirit, lighting up the day for the other cats. Gentlestar found 'flame' fitting because it described her personality perfectly.

Name Inspiration/Explanation: briarsong got his name from his sharp tongue and whit. He has a way of twisting and manipulating words that acts like the song of a siren.

Name Inspiration/Explanation: Named for his plush, fluffy coat, Cottonpaw wasn't sure where he might fit in within the water-loving clan (while he can swim, he's never been as hydrophilic as some of the best hunters in the clan) until he found his calling as a tracker. Large ears, superb eyesight, and a dog-like nose made him the perfect pioneer for this sub rank. Day or night, rain or shine, there's little that can escape his senses.

Silentcry - Excellent stalking abilities, as his sneak attacks excel the other apprentices. Despite this, he is curdently believed to be unable to speak, and therefore never told Thunderstar his true name. Because of this, he was given the full name of “Cry that is always silenced,” or the warrior name, silentcry. // he is not mute, but has gone through quite a bit already that have caused him to refuse to speak. This will hang in the future through development :>
