angy. I have to leave for work in 30 mins, but my stomach hurts. I didn't sleep well last night. I just wanna stay home n go back to bed!!!

Bad,I got to manage files ,but I feel tired and meh . Move to sticks,move to pc and or sticks. My phone is running out of memory,but I feel to lazy. 2 years ago I would not be there.

Grumpy that I can’t see my gastro until July, and on one of my “ sick days” , since it seems every 2 and or 3rd , 12th and or 13th of the month I have pain in the ear, chest, nausea and vomiting. I am thankful this topic exists, the pain alone I can track back to July 12th.( so it seems at least for months every 12th I will have chest and tmjd pain) . So weird.

Now to figure out the hypnic jerks I get multiple times every lay down. It is despair
