Character Notes: (may be chaotic and not in order as I write his bio!)
He's a magic being, he was born that way and he is perfectly happy the way he is.

The elf and the wolf are one entity - sharing the same mind and will. Sort of like a werewolf's human and wolf form, but both up at the same time!

He does have arms, on his top torso - but they're almost always crossed behind the back, because keeping them in the front often tickles the wolf's very sensitive ears and its annoying for him.

He's very good at jumping thanks to strong wolf legs.
He hates water and cannot swim.

Roscoe is not your everyday cuddly fluffly pet type. He enjoys causing havoc, and he's master at what he does. He's a king of his little world, and everything exists for his amusement. He's shamelessly exploiting his master's love to get away from being punished for nearly anything he does. But, despite his pretty egoistic nature, god forbid anyone trying to rob, or, oh my, attack his family. The consequences will be that of a small tornado.
The only thing he would never do is biting little children. He will gladly push them, splash them from all the nearby puddles, steal their toys and candy, but never to cause any serious injury - he's got his principles about human pups.

What is the bad-est/evil/mean thing this para has done?

Ruin everything and anything he gets to get his beak upon. It's really hard to pick "the" out of all the ruined phones, laptops, furniture, TVs, and torn clothes of anyone who dared to venture near off-leash Roscoe (or, within the reach of on-leash Roscoe). The only things he doesnt crush are mirrors - in which he prefers to observe his magnificent self by strutting and posing in front of them for hours.[/list][/list]

Likes:

Himself, plucking wires out of mechanical stuff, chasing anything that runs, causing trouble in general.

Dislikes:

Boredom, silence, durable things that cant be cracked with his beak, bath.

Constellation: He's often too caught up with the needs of the galaxy to think about his personal happiness, so it would take a very understanding (and persistent) mare to be his mate.

Personality: Head-strong, rash, overconfident, which often leads him to shine less brightly than he possibly could. Nontheless, he's kind-hearted and helpful to others, which compensates his flaws. Upstanding star of his galaxy, but too hasty to aim for higher ranks.
Constellation: With Shina. She's one of the biggest reasons for his sudden act-ups and confidence outbursts. Blazer will never admit it, but his foolish actions in front of her are actually all driven from fear of loosing her to a "stronger" stallion.

Weakness; Sticking everything to itself. It's a hobby that often steps into mania - small items, bits of food, (small creatures should they be unlucky enough Conny would want to "keep" them..), everything gets carefully attached in strict order to that luxurious pink fur in special little pocket, then covered up with a tuft for safety. Conny's favorite thing to do is check and re-check his sticky possessions, which he spends hours daily doing. He gets really mad if something he wants to stick in is too big or wont hold properly; items falling out frustrate him to no limit.

Among the sailors, one can hear a most curious legend. About a rose, suddenly floating in the middle of raging ocean. Seamen consider it a good omen, and tell a tale of a young woman, who was in love with a brave captain. For days, in storms and sun, she longed for her beloved to come back from his sails, sitting on a shore, looking at the horizon. The woman was kind, and caring, and all the people in the village - and animals around it - loved her. Sea critters would often keep her company in her lonely watch. One season, terrible storms shook the seas, and on the appointed day, the ship of the captain did not arrive in town. It did not arrive the next day, and weeks later, and in a year. Everyone in the village mourned the death of it's crew, but one woman did not. She kept believing her beloved is not dead. She sit on the sea shore, endlessly watching horizon, untill she eventually fell ill. On her last steps, she took a rose from her garden, and brought it over to the shore. "I know you have heart, sea, and I know you have soul," she said. "Please, let your waves carry this rose to my captain, so he knows I love him no matter what". After saying that, she died. All her sea creature friends gathered around her mourning, and one jellyfish picked up the rose. "May I drift through the seas forever, but I will find the captain and give him her message". Since that time, a lonely jellyfish is seen on the endless waves on her eternal journey, to find the captain and deliver him a message of love. It spent so much time carrying the rose that the rose have grown into it's very body. Following it through storm is said to lead the ship safely through the crashing waves, as it carefully chooses the safest path to not let it's precious rose to be damaged.

What Is their power and how do they use it?: His power is controlling water temperature. He can freeze it or boil it by casting his energy at any water nearby, including moisture in air so he can create snow nearly anywhere. He also never swims, freezing the water under his paws and skating on it, using claws as skate blades. There's a downside, though, controlling water always gets him thirsty quickly, and with his small body size, he cant cast much.
