i need to run my pix tbh… i’ve been kind of hesitant to start it up and i’m really not sure why

ungrounded fears reaffirmed, i guess? so i got my Confetti Party Pix on sale for $15 usd at target and the first and only thing i’ve done since i have owned it, is take the original batteries out and put it into storage. i can’t remember a single time i’ve even gotten it to boot up to the title page or “please wait…” screen.

well, unfortunately for me, it seems as though the device i got was a dud. :(
i’m asking the tamatalk tamagotchi discord group to see if this is a known issue or if i should just keep the device for display only… i did order a replacement Balloons Party Pix via Amazon since they’re 35% off at the moment, though. arrives in a few days so i won’t have to wait that long. fingers crossed i don’t have to exchange that one too ^^;;

Nooo oh my god I'd literally cry... I wish you luck on figuring it out 😭
I need to replace the batteries on mine. I swear the batteries run out SO quickly on the Pix, I love the Pix but I feel like I have to replace the batteries almost every few days 😓
