the ship was quiet, and everyone avoids every
door. it was about December on earth, so that
means Christmas would be soon. allura, trying
to bring some of earths traditions and holidays
into their lives, has hung up mistletoe in every.
single. door. the paladins have to sprint throug
h the doors, staying as close to the edges of th
e doors as they are able to. sometimes, they w
ould accidently miss the door completely and r
un into the walls.

this made it hard to get through the ship, but i
t was all in good fun, so what could go wrong?

xXXI guess he sort of brought it onto himself, the pain and yearning that his crush wouldn't avoid the mistletoe. I mean, they've had multiple lectures from allura explaining why relationships between the paladins wouldn't work, and how they would negatively affect the rest of the team. he understand well enough, he just didn't understand why he fell for that other boy. that other paladin, who is likely straight. I mean, theyre all open about their sexuality- one day they were playing a game, and a 'are you straight?' question came up- everyone except him said they were straight.

xXXhow stupid can a person be, when they know everyone else around them is straight, yet they fall for one of them anyways? maybe they shouldn't have done what he did one day. maybe they wouldn't of met, then. maybe they wouldn't be stuck on this crazy adventure to defeat the galra.

So I'm kind of developing this headcanon that Keith is the type of person who would love to visit the sites of Old Disasters.

I figure he'd start out on softer, less intense notes. Like Shipwrecks and small plane crashes (like can be found in jungles sometimes). And gradually, as he felt more and more like he could handle it, he'd probably visit sites of larger things.

Things like Pearl Harbor and Chernobyl- without me getting into to much detail about either one.
((Not sure how CS feels about it, so I'll lay low, but.....))

But I do feel like, if Keith had himself together at all, it's something he might find interesting at the very least.
