Ok so I'm kinda new but I'd love to enter the contest except I have no idea where to even start. How do I submit my entry and if I don't have to use the oekaki and can draw with another program how do I submit it on here?? (Sorry if this is an inconvenience)

If you want to summit through the "oekaki", near the bottom of the main image you will see some buttons. One will be "COLORMEIN" with a little paint brush. From there, it'll take you right where you need to go.
If you would like to use your own art program or draw something traditionally, that's fine too. You would just have to find a site to upload said drawing and then send me the link to it.
