Kelpie

The the timer is all-knowing...
Anyways, for those who don't know their mythology, the kelpie (also called the water horse) is one of those nasty fae. Usually appearing as a beautiful black horse (although it also appears in other colours, mostly black, white, or seal grey.) he lures people into riding on his back and when they do they are stuck until the kelpie releases it's magic. He then jump into the nearest body of water, drowning the poor fool who thought to take a ride on him. Then he releases his magic alowing the body to float up.
