Looks a fear and huddle whispering became common amongst the people as Vader and his militia continued through the city. Aldera's crowded streets noticeably parted as the battalion passed through, a ball bounced through the streets rolling until it finally came to a halt in the Sith lord's path. A young child who was the toy's clear owner came running to grab it but before he could his mother snatched him up. The boy struggled to free himself but in the end it would prove fruitless, as Vader had already crushed the toy beneath the weight of his mechanical leg, causing the child to scream and cling onto its mother for solace. The latter trying to quiet him down. The screaming did not phase the armored figures, but something else did.
A small rock nicked the head of Vader's helmet and the Sith whipped around to see a Rodian male yelling at him in his native tongue this sparked somewhat of a fighting spirit in the people as the began to hurl random debris and grabbed what they could to use as makeshift melee weapons. "Fire," Vader commanded his soldiers, "But do not kill the Rodian, I have a lesson to teach him."
With out question the Storm Troopers fired on the crowd causing some to drop dead and the rest to run in fear. The Rodian tried to escape but was quickly snatched up by Vader and now was being dangled two feet off the ground gasping for breath.
"Fool, your lack of respect shall cost you your life," he growled at the alien man flopping around like a fish out of water. The Rodian's struggles grew weary and soon was completely motion less.
Vader tossed the late rebel into the crowd receiving more screams. "The same and worse awaits those who go against the will of the Empire," he announced to the crowd.
Vader motioned his troops to follow once more, creeping ever so closely towards the palace.
