She has the power of electricity, and seems to gather so much, she could power a city for a period of time. Each time she is forced into a cell which forces her to drain herself of all her energy, filling up a giant battery for the new weapon. One thing is for sure now, If the weapon continues gaining power, then the whole world will be destroyed.
Heart is trying to get free. If she doesn't then the weapon will have enough power to destroy everything.

Below is my first post, and my sample, though I can write more.
Tora screamed, and thrashed around in her pen. The room was pitch black, and the only time color flashed through the air was when sparks flew through the room. Heart screamed again, wanting to be free from her bonds. She was in a straight jacket, preventing her from hurting herself, and ripping apart the room. Her dark eyes flashed, as she screamed once more, sending multi-colored sparks through the room. She then collapsed, panting, with no more energy left in her body. As soon as she hit the ground, two guards dressed in white jump suits came in, and grabbed her, dragging her out of the room.
She was soon thrown into a holding cell, the only one strong enough to hold her. She glared at the guards, her cold stare seemed to reach into their soul. They both shivered, “Come on” Said one, pushing the other away. Tora turned her gaze back to the ground, her mouth up in a snarl. She curled into a ball. wrapping her tail around her, and closed her eyes, wanting to regain her strength once more. She felt sleep come easily, and the spark within her beginning to grow again. Before she fell asleep, one last thought raced through her mind. There has to be a way, to find freedom once more.

The two scientists watched as the girl thrashed against her cell, electricity flying every where. “Every time she is put in there, it seems as if she is getting stronger, and that she is put in more frequently then ever” he said, writing down something. The other one nodded, “Each time she makes the weapon stronger” she said, “Soon, we will be able to win the war”. They both nodded, and walked away, leaving Tora alone in the building.

I am only taking one other member for this rp. I would like the other character in the rp to either be a scientist or a guard or both in the facility (They can also be a mutant), and for the character to be male. This will be a Human rp. My character Tora looks like this:
