Help meh...?

Postby qhost » Mon Dec 29, 2008 10:11 pm

Odd title, I know XD

I think this would be the right board...

Anyway, everyone's always talking about tablets and how they want to get one etc. But I read once (now I don't know if this is true or not) that tablets don't work on Vista. So mainly I want to know if tablets work on Vista. Also, how much do they cost? If they do work on Vista and don't cost too much, I plan on buying one soon.

It will depend which manufacturer you go with (just check the details about your tablet on their webpages), but a company would have to be moronic not to support Vista, and you can bet that 99% of graphics tablets will support Vista. Tablets come in a wide range of prices (varying with features and quality), starting at about US$40 in my region. Wacom is the absolute best option in the range, but they're quite pricey. A tablet from a cheaper manufacturer would be better for a beginner :).

Okay...well I'll have a look around and see what I can find. Hopefully I can find one that doesn't cost too much
