Entering the birthday raffle!

Favorite birthday memory: when i was turning 8, my mom and extended family went with me to seaworld. we were in their arctic enclosures, viewing the beluga whales when one of the keepers came by. my grandma started telling them how it was my birthday, such and such and took me behind the scenes to feed walruses and arctic foxes. it was really an extraordinary experience, especially for someone who wanted to work with animals from the time she was an adolescent.
