hello hello!! I'm monochrome and this is where I'll be doodling stuff for people. I'd like to sketch and experiment since I haven't drawn in quite a few months, so nothing too big, just wanna have fun with it :>

TERMS OF SERVICE:
PAYMENT
- payment will be made in the form of pets, items, or C$.
- payment will be shown upfront and in full, in which you will send the trade before I start. I will accept and put the payment in a group specially made for keeping track of them.
- pay what you want - but the lower the payment, the less effort your drawing will take.
- I am not open to payment plans at this time.
due to the nature of this shop, not all art will come out the same. please make sure you're okay with this before buying!
REFUNDS
- you will be eligible for a full refund in the case that I am unable to start your commission within 3 weeks, or if you cancel before I start the commission.
- partial refunds will be made if you cancel after I have started the commission, or in the case that I am unable to finish the commission within a reasonable time after working on some of it.
- in the case of a partial refund, the amount will be based on the percentage of the commission I have finished.
- payments with only one pet or item are not eligible for a partial refund - in this case, you will be fully refunded.
- fully refunded payments will not receive a product. partially refunded payments will receive the product in its current state at the time of the refund.
- if I cannot get in touch with you for more than 2 weeks during the process, it will result in the commission being considered abandoned - I will not work on it until I am in contact again.

DO'S AND DON'TSI am able to draw:
- most mammals, especially felines and canines, though hooved and sea animals may prove more of a challenge
- feral or anthropomorphic characters
- simple backgrounds and scenes
I will not draw:
- mecha, vehicles, or robots of any kind (not including protogens)
- humans or humanoids
- full-fledged detailed backgrounds
- anything against chickensmoothie terms of service
RIGHTS AND USE
- you, as the buyer, may upload the finished commission to your socials or use it as a profile picture, so long as I am credited as the artist.
- you may use the commission for any private use.
- you may NOT use it for commercial purposes (also known as selling, in any shape or form).
- you may NOT use my art for AI training.
- I reserve the right to put wishlist pets and items, as well as C$ commissions at first priority.
- I, as the artist, reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
- breaking of these terms may result in being banned from commissioning me in the future.
please tell me if you do not want your commission in my portfolio, and I can mark it as such!
not reading these terms does not prevent them from applying to you.
TURNAROUND TIME
- you can expect a finished commission within 2-4 weeks, sometimes sooner, depending on how backed up or busy I am.
- you may message me asking for an update if the progress bar on your commission hasn't moved in over a week.
