Both are EXTREMELY unfair to you, the puppy you have is a galaxy puppy and will be on the mainlist.

so i was gonna hold off from doing anything with trades but then ive had all these offers for my strawberry
this is one that i tempting me but im just after someones opinion
its killing me

The black and blue pup is a potential list pet worth 5 '09 rares, so I'd wait until it grows. Possible '09 VR, list or uncommon and all outcomes would be unfair to you

Unfair to you, I wouldn't consider anything less than a high main list (purple toxic and above in value) for now. Their side is hardly worth a low advents list with the C$

Looks fine, your pet is also a mid '09 rare
If anything they could add a recent uncommon to make up the small date gap but it looks alright
