Don't know if it was already said, but now turned into a rare :3

I thought this was worth like, an 09 uncommon, but someone was saying it's now worth an 09 rare. Did it change rarity?

Oh wow. That's one rarity change that sort of surprised me =o Then again, I can understand that much fewer of these were purchased from the CS Store :3. I just traded one I had off not that long ago either =/ oh well, I'll have to get another one now =x
