1. i'd say it's right about fair since the zodiac doggos go for an 09' rare with demand if not a little bit more.
( they're offering 2) and even though bunnies have poor demand i believe this is still fair.

2. due to demand the zodiacs go for an 09 rare which would be 40C$ , 2 of them would already be 80 and the store pet
could probably fetch a 2009/2010 rare meaning your side is worth more than 100C$. (meaning it's unfair to you)

if you're asking how many 2010 rares are worth one 2009 rare, it's 2.

androids have pretty decent demand and i hear the flopped pink september list has poor demand
however; i managed to trade mine off pretty easily so i guess it really just depends on the user? personally i'd take this,
