when checking this thread (which is always recommended before posting) you will find a sorbet is worth ~80 mid advents or 280+ '09 rares here. however, they tend to trade for less because these are unrealistic numbers. evidence here and here

I agree with your logic 100% but I can't really say! mid advents are not my expertise and I don't trade for them, so I personally can't say. I just did a little research and linked what I found, however I don't think there is a set value for anything right now as it all seems to be fluctuating, as the quote you linked states "bits of a new system" really nothing is very established unfortunately
