Ooookay, time to back away from chicken smoothie. I've been trading like crazy tonight with these advents and new second gens, but I'm really scared now.

I just got a little flag message that nick is going to be checking to see if my trading activity is legitimate O_O My roommate had 2 of the vixen(?) lions and I had 2 green blankets, so we traded, and I guess it got flagged since we're on the same IP... but I've traded with her before and never gotten any kind of warning...

I guess my rant is that I can't trade with my roommate without fear of losing my account. I'm so scared now D: D: D:

Yeah, I just got the same message a few minutes ago. I just about had a heart attack. Especially when I saw Tess was monitoring me.

They're being hypervigilant about trading right now because of the Advent calendar, so it would probably be best to avoid trading with people at your IP address or giving any Advent pets to other people for free, as that is likely to get flagged as suspicious trading.

Don't worry guys, it is just a precaution. The advent calender encourages lots of people to cheat, and we just want to make sure that everything is kept fair for everyone. As long as you aren't doing anything against the rules then there is nothing to worry about

I got the same thing, me and my fiance are no on the same IP address and we have been trading advents as well... I'm freaked...

I freaked out as well, since my Bestie and I use the same account since her sister always steals the computer at her place. That, and her slow Internet connection. So my house is the only place she can use CS without any problems.
I just hope they don't ban us, since we swapped cubs. My Card Cub, Yellow Toxic Cub for two of her lion cubs that looked like October 08s.

I got the exact same thing and i nearly fell off my chair! I traded with my brother who had the same IP because hes young he didnt care about the rarity and gave me an advent for a few pets. I told him that advents are worthy more than what he wanted but he packed a trantrum so i traded with him to keep him happy

I hope it's pretty obvious to the admins what the difference is between getting around the adoption limit and a trade between friends. I always worry about that. I'm sure they deal with it all the time so they can spot it, but it still makes me really nervous. I'm definitely going to hold off any roomate trading until after all the fuss has calmed down. We'll just compare pets at the end and see what we can help each other with.
