Are you interested in being a guest artist for Runaways? You've come to the right place!

Before going any further, please review the rules:
• All artist entries MUST have a "fake" sign
• Artist entries should only have uncommon edits or below
• Do not remove HeyRei's signature
• Please follow all coat and edit guidelines
• You must have 3 entries to be considered for a guest artist position.
• There is no limit on entries for now, but please focus on quality over quantity.

To get started, create a color-in and color and create a cat you think would make a good adopt. Then, post it with the following form:

Are Runaways based on real cat genetics?
Runaways is a semi-realistic arpg, which means they are based on real cats but with allowances for stylistic choices and somewhat unrealistic presentation in order to introduce variety.

What is the difference between full staff and guest staff?
All staff are required to go through a guest period before being accepted as full staff. Guest artists are on-staff for 1 month at a time and may only create adopts up to uncommon rarity. They may be asked back as a guest again later or be asked back for a full position. How soon a guest may be asked back is entirely on a case-by-case basis.

What are the requirements for a guest artist?
Guest artists have no strict posting requirement, but must maintain a reasonable level of activity if they wish to be asked back. Ideally they should post at least 2 cats during their time as a guest artist.

What are the requirements for a full artist?
Full artists do not have a strict posting requirement, but may be asked to leave staff if they are inactive for a period of time without warning or explanation. Nursery litters and RUs count towards activity but do not count towards adopts.

Are adopts allowed to be sold for c$, USD, or other currency?
Adopts may not be sold for any form of currency. Artists can, however, offer customs as long as they do not interfere with posting normal adopts.

Can I claim an artist entry?
As long as the artist is okay with it, you can! You need to already own the required items (based on the artist's edit list) before claiming.
