These orphan kits were a collaboration between four artists!

The competition for all of these kalon kits is the same:
Design your own personal pride flag, and tell us what it means to you!
You may try out for as many as you like, but you can only win one!

Flag Meaning:
- The colours of blue to purple to pink are to show the masculine to feminine gradiant. I'm personally not affiliated with any one gender in particular, but usually, I'm somewhere in between. Some days I'm more of a purple, a nice mix of both, and other days I'm more to one side or another, close to pink or blue.
- The stars in the background represent the many others that are along this spectrum, and just like stars, their positions can also change and move around, but some also stay consistent-- my point of this is to show that I'm not the only one, like I once believed, and that it's okay to be different from others, too.
- The large symbol in the middle is a combination of the moon and sun symbols, with the sun being the circle with a dot in the center. These two symbols represent my astrological signs, Cancer (Moon) and Leo (Sun), but also represent the symbols for a more radiant and bold passion, as the Sun, and a more passive and delicate love, Moon. These are to show that both kinds of love are wonderful and beautiful, but also that I feel I am both, and that I have a balance of each, which is another thing that the Sun/Moon represents-- balance.
- Both the glow and the shadow on the symbol in the middle are to show how I wish to show the care and love shown in the Sun and Moon to others around me, and let them know that it's okay to be different and to be their own person!
- And finally, the little lighter border is on there to show that this isn't constrained to just what I'm showing here, but expands much further on to other genders and groups of people~

⤷ In the background, I have the bisexual pride flag because it is the orientation that I identify as. I hold it very near and dear to my identity as a whole and made it the largest part of the flag because it is currently the only concrete piece of my identity. In the middle, I have a large heart, half of which is made up of the trans flag and the other half the genderfluid flag with a smaller demigirl heart in the center of that, this is all centered around my current questioning of my own gender identity. I've tentatively identified as genderfluid for a few years but have never really felt entirely connected with it, before and somewhat during that I learned of the demigirl/male identities and cautiously identified as demigirl though never felt entirely connected with that either and have since stopped identifying with it though I still feel it was an important step in my own self-discovery. I have now begun to explore the idea that I may be transgender and while I feel much more connected with this than either of the other gender identities that I've explored I still feel very lost and confused with it which is the reason for the question mark.

I'd never thought about making my own 'personal pride flag' before, and didn't realize how personal it would actually become. it's an interesting thing, reading up about what the colors mean, and which ones relate to you and represent you in different ways. in the end I'm very happy with how this came out, and feel like it's very 'me'.

the outside colors are orange (healing) and yellow (sunlight). I think of this as being like my exterior, or how I generally present myself. I always do my best to be a warm, 'sunny' person, because I think everyone needs a bit of sunshine in their lives (plus it helps to mood boost). the orange, healing, is because I promote self love and healing, and because I'm still working on that within myself. essentially I want to give off the vibe that people can come to me for some warmth, and that I can help them feel better.

the inside triangle colors are red (life) and violet (spirit). although I mostly come across as a gentle person, I chose these colors specifically to be on the 'inside' to represent my own interior. when it comes to friends and family, I love very fiercely. I am very passionate about the things and people I care about, and know at times that I can get heated. fiery is probably a good way to describe it, but a good fiery. probably not what some people would expect from me.

all colors used are pastel versions of the original. firstly, because I love pastel colors. I find the gentle, muted tones to be calming. also, because I think their softness represents me. I am very soft, I know I am, both emotionally and aesthetically. but I read a quote somewhere that said 'there is bravery in being soft', and I very much relate to that.
