Sandy was walking back from attempting to fish at the river, her fur soaking wet, when she spotted what looked like a weird stick. No, maybe it was a large seed. A dead bush? She frowned, contemplating the object. She reached out to poke it and it moved! It turned around to face her, showing that it was a creature with a very disgruntled expression. It shot several spines at her, sending stabbing pains in her paw, leg, and nose. It was not fun walking back to camp, where the older members laughed as Tiger painfully helped her remove the spines. Those spots were sore for days afterwards.

Kimpenzi has always wanted to go near the river but when exploring he liked to work in an organized fashion so he was excited to finally be able to explore the river. He had been here before but sparingly, he wasn’t known for his hunting and the fish here were so swift that a more skilled hunter was needed to get fish. Nonetheless it was exciting.

The territory was technically not theirs but rather their neighboring clan, ruled by Daystar. The cats there were a bit different, especially with their names but Kimpenzi was forever grateful that they allowed him to explore their territory for 3 days.

As he was examining what appeared to be some tadpoles (he had seen them in ponds before) he saw something above the water. A massive triangle stood on top of the water, cutting through the water elegantly. Kimpenzi watched confused. It got closer. His hair stood straight up as he realized the triangle was only part of a much much much larger animal. He could just make out a shadow, it seemed like a fish but much larger. He yelped and jumped away from the bank but the strange triangle fish turned. Kimpenzi stood there panting even after it had gone, he was now feeling a bit better about not having a river in the territory

Prompt: Snowshoe walked along a twoleg fence, the air was warm with a laziness to it, as summer has just begun, and she was enjoying the quiet away from camp. Once she reached the end of the fence, she looked back the way she had come, as she looked, she realised how long she had actually been walking. "My clanmates are probably worried sick." She stressed. She started walking back at a brisk trot before noticing something just off the path, it contrasted against the grass, as it was a russet colour, and it was making mewling noises like a kit. As she approached it, she realised it was a small fox cub! She sniffed around for a bit, trying to find if there were any other fox scents in the area, but there were none. Snowshoe brought the starving little cub back to camp and kept it warm, giving it strength herbs. Ever since Snowshoe found the cub that day, they've been inseparable, Snowshoe even named the fox Varia, after her mother who was also a russet colour. Varia has grown up into a fine young fox, who is friendly and loyal to the cats of PebbleClan.

Dappleleaf made her way long the hard-packed trail her mind wandering as the sun shone brightly through the leaves. twitching her ears she looked around and realized she was a lot farther from camp than she had intended to go, the ground dipped here and turned into marshland, and the small was as bad as Foxtail had told her it was. she squeaked and jumped as a small slimy thing appeared in front of her. tail puffed she watched for a moment, it was small and round. . and stared at her in a way she didn't like
"Ribbit" The creature croaked. Dappleleaf flattened her ears and batted at it gently, making it hop away suddenly. 'This must be one of those frog things Tigerstar told me about' she thought to herself creeping forward to bat at the slimy thing again. 'Maybe I can eat it?" she thought as she squished it to the ground with one paw making it croak. she quickly dismissed the thought though as she pulled her paw away and smelled the slime stick to her paw pad. With a flick on her tail, she batted at it a few more times until it hopped into a puddle and then went of her way, thinking she would have something interesting to tell her brother when she reached camp again.
