The winter months and nights are long and cold, though the warmer months provide rain and mild temperatures. The cold, fall air was welcoming. It wasn't very often that his clan could return to the winter grounds. Every year, when the nights got longer and the weather began to be freezing, they would travel to the Marmor's favorite spot; the icy mountains.

Of course, no cat was required to come. They never forced others to travel if they never wished to do so. It was simply a mutual agreement, a friendship among the different species. It was necessary for survival, yet they always got along. Spring, they set out for warm plains filled with wild animals, a forest nearby for shade. Winter, as he said before, were snow-capped mountains with a small cave behind a waterfall.

Prompt Answer: The territory the Starred Cliffs own is very versatile and fits the clan's many needs. The main area of the territory is the vast cliff face the clan has dug into for centuries. Many dens are scattered about, providing comfortable places for cats to sleep, colder dens at the top, warmer dens at the bottom. Then there's the lake, it's pretty big and provides plenty of fish for the clan to munch on. It also attracts all sorts of land animals, causing a surplus of prey to be in the area. And last but not least is the Sandpit. It's near the ocean but the sun beats down on the sand as if it was the desert.
