How do I get CD , I don't see a custom form so how do I order? And how much would I pay to get one? Sorry if I am asking too many questions .

No worries about the questions!

You don't need to buy a CD to win them. You can get CDs by entering into the form-based competitions arranged out for them. Click on any of the newest CDs to see what the competition asks for, and simply fill out the form as needed.
Come some time after closing day, the winner of that CD will be announced. ^^
