Separate cats + sitting cats in archive

support! I could've sworn that they were separated at some point, I was really surprised when I was looking for "Tess Cats" in the archive and couldn't find it, but maybe it was my brain filling in blanks.

Support. The other pets are separated by lineart, so why not sitting/Tess cats and regular cats?
Also, I wish we had Nick Deer and Deer separated. That always bugs me.

definitely support. i organize my pet species by the archive standards, but it kind of irks me that everything fits in neatly with their linearts and then i just get a sitting cat among my otherwise normal cats.

I believe they aren't called Tess cats because the new lineart was also done by Tess? But I'm 99% sure the new guinea pig lineart was done by sketchi and they aren't separated from the original Tess guinea pigs either...

They could definitely file the cats you're talking about under "sitting cats" though.

I also find it weird this lineart was only used twice and it's under "other species". They may as well stick it under "dog" if they're keeping Nick deer with regular deer lol.

to expand on this, i believe all of the following should be their own species in the archive as it is currently 1. inconsistent with how this is typically handled and 2. actively detrimental to the site's function

• sitting cats
• nick deer
• tess guinea pigs
• sketchi mooncake bunnies (these should be in other species)

i also personally think that some of the commonly used heavy lineart edits (cows, hedgehogs, frogs, camels, reindeer, scorpions) should be split, but that's getting into a different topic... i know those are still edited versions of standard lineart but these particular edits have been reused many times and sometimes are hard to recognize as being edits at first glance.
