Hmmm well?
There isn't really a percentage or any sort of algorithm of some sort?
It's just myself doing this whole event, and with exams/finals and life just crashing into me right now I probably won't claim all of them, so having said that it's more just based on my inspiration and creativity when it comes to seeing capsules :D

If I see one and I get an idea then I tend to do it, but if I can't get any creativity then I tend to skip over it :'3
