I think the yellow duckling is a type of domesticated duck, the brown & tan one is a type of mallard duck?

Not sure about the black one though

The ducklings all look like Mallards, where the brown&yellow is the wild-type colour pattern and the other colours are various domesticated breeds of Mallard. The black one for example could be a black runner duck breed of Mallard.

I always wanted a CS duck (not that I don’t love the owls and dogs with duck colours, but these look like actual ducks)

This made my day when I opened the gift and saw the lil duckies
