SO CAN ANYONE GUESS WHAT MY FAVORITE PET FROM THIS EVENT IS. I've been losing my mind over my favorite insect being made into a pet!!

AWESOME WHEEL BUG FACTS & PROPAGANDA
- the wheel bug is the LARGEST ASSASSIN BUG in NORTH AMERICA!!
- they are built like a TANK. they can FLY, they have SCENT GLANDS, and they have RAPTORIAL FRONT ARMS (like a mantis!)
- their bite is WORSE THAN A WASP STING D: the pain can last for DAYS so don't pick one up...!!
- wheel bugs eat ANY bug they can catch!! they're SUPER IMPORTANT predators :)
- a wheel bug can lay up to 200 EGGS in one cluster! O_O
- a wheel bug's venom LIQUEFIES its prey's insides... basically turning it into a Buggie Milkshake.
- no one knows what the wheel is for... BUT only ADULTS have it! and it works well as a defense structure!

Was inspired by the PPS cat from the museum event, as I knew of the original art piece by René Magritte that inspired the kitty! Here, the cat has thrown its bag off and is leaving a sewer (sewer pipe?) behind. My personal headcanon is that the cat was dumped but has made its way in the world.

I just returned to cs for the end of the museum event and I've really been enjoying it again :3 it occurred to me as I was sorting through,,,,,way too many pets, that despite how much I've enjoyed this site over the years I've never actually made any fanart?? I'm extremely rusty especially with digital art,,,, and much to be desired with animal anatomy,,,,but I pushed through regardless cuz I love this design!!!

lost city is my favorite summer event so i was soooo freaking excited when i got this pet. it was my first event too so i have a soft spot for it... (i hadnt made an account yet) i also love the trans rep! i decided to draw her with her younger sister and also make her sister a bit more grown up too.

also, im currently on the grind to complete my lost city event pets so if anyone has any for trade hmu... especially the parent lions....

Summer event fanart wahoo. Michel is only the center-piece bc I had thought of that meme when he mentioned aliens, & really he just reminded me of Mason from the camping event.. I think they'd have a good time exchanging various theories or whatnot. I also think it was fitting for Madison's true form to be one of the pets you receive from Squiddy in the beach event { I think; if ya see from my join date I wouldn't know }. Lastly Van Gouache is relatable & the pets/items are absolutely beautiful ten outta ten

a little more of a stretch using the caterpillar shape, much more deviation than i would normally do but i wanted to do the Endoceras justice. these buggers are HUGE! they could be up to 20 feet (6 meters) long!

i love love love paleozoology and this museum event was perfect! i am of course a hoarder of caterpillars, so i had to make a little peytoia to celebrate the event.
