This cupcake has many sprinkles, frosting designs, faces, and even toppers to choose from!
Things to remember: The layer called "bottom sprinkles" is for all of the cupcake frosting. "Top sprinkles are to add on to the "bottom sprinkles" for tall cupcakes.
