-HAIR (definitly hair--Perferably longish cause it's female) (Perferably bangs)
-Lace (is cool)
-Gray (lighter shades, mostly) (should prolly be the base color ^^)
-Green (light, neon-ish?)
-Blue
-Purple (gotta love that purple)
-Pink (hotter pinks)
-Masquerade masks (LOVE them)
-Complicated designs (But not too complicated)
-Prettyness! (Fancy pretty. Sophisticated pretty. ect.)
-Accesorries (Love um, but not too much. Pretty much anything...jewelry, armwarmers, hats, anything.)
-Line edits. (I don't think I can stress how much I want line edits. I LOVE THEM. I especially want a cool tail, perferably long-ish?)
-Neon orange
-Dark mahogany-ish red
-Awesome designs
-Scars are pretty cool
-Maybe kinda gothic...idk
What I don't like~
-Since it's a girl-----> No blood or anything too guy-ish
-No clashing colors. I HATE clashing colors. It makes them all...I dunno, bleh.

First prize goes to aluera_blu, for this design, though the other was absolutely stunning too! I loved the color combo here, and the design really caught my eye.
Second place goes to iscreaminsanity, with this design, agian, both designs that you made were gorgeous. I like this one though because it just seemed...cute ^.^
Third place is CancerSyndrome, with this design here. The elegancy of this one caught my eye. She looks really sophisticated. And the complexitly of her design is high, but also kinda simple.
Placing fourth is rainy.day with this design. I absolutely loved the simplicity of her design, and yet she is still so adorable! It made me realize how little simple designs I have.
