-WIP layer

I will add more later and I'm open to suggestions

Rules

-use in contests with permission
-add shading
-color for yourself and/or for another person
-use outside of CS but give me credit where credit is due

-post in any other oekaki threads except colored in
-erase my sig (pawprint in the bottom right corner)
