Gingerpounce is steadily clawing her way up one of the two deep slopes that make up ValleyClan's unique territory. Clinging to every plant and secure rock she could grasp, she'd gradually pull herself higher and higher. She was heading to one of her favorite locations in the territory, a stone outcropping that looked over ValleyClan territory, and beyond that, even! The sun was nearly setting now, and she was now scrambling up to her special spot a bit more frantically. He was probably already there waiting! Gingerpounce had invited Acornnose, her close friend, as well as her crush, to watch the sunset with her!

When she'd finally scraped her way up onto the outcropping, her eyes were immediately drawn to him: Acornnose, sitting peacefully, glancing off into the distance. The setting sun seemed to make him glow as he looked over with a smile and greeted Gingerpounce. She'd quickly scramble over to him, and sitting side by side, they watched the sun dip into the horizon, chatting and laughing until long after darkness had set in.

Roo's headed to the Startree, the great redwood at the center of the clan's camp. Its bark is emblazoned with a star, a symbol her clanmates insist is sacred, and all of them hold it in quiet reverence.

Roo thinks it makes a pretty darn good combination jungle gym and scratching post. Seriously, the thing's huge, with limbs that scrape the sky and countless branches wide enough to run on. The whole thing's practically tailor-made for racing! Better yet, she's the only one brave (...or heretical) enough to climb it! No one would dare follow her just to nag her about going on patrol, or helping replace moss in the healers' dens, or anything equally boring.

...and if she irritates the whiskers off her more traditional clanmates in the process, well, that's just a bonus. Someone has to teach them to lighten up and live a little!

Prompt: Frizzfur enjoys slipping away to visit the wetlands on the edge of the territory. It's not visited too often by others in the clan so it's a good place to get some peace and quiet. While the hunting is good, there's also a higher chance of being the hunted. Frizzfur has found it to be a great place to practice all kinds of skills. Hunting, stalking, swimming. Agility is her favorite as she leaps from log to branch to root, trying to stay dry. The other cats always know when she's been to visit the humid area though because her fur ends up frizzing out.
