hihi thank uuu!! for the whiskers i just draw them first, duplicate the layer, and then on the original (not duplicated) layer i go to effects>box blur> and i usually set the blur amount to 2 but u can set it to whatever :3 and then duplicate that layer a bunch and merge them to make it darker until i get the desired effect, and make sure to color it black or just a diff color from the top layer :D its a little hard to explain but i hope that makes sense!
