The current colors on your design are a little illegal at the moment, but it should be a quick fix - the light red color that's currently on the back, legs, tail, and face will need to be swapped over to a more chocolate/brown color to be classified as liver. Everything else looks good (I love your eyes + nose, too!), and with a little bit of blending between the two coat colors I'd say you're really close to having a Masked Liver and Tan Blanket Piebald! Harlequin generally is a lot patchier and irregular than the more solid looking white markings you have now, but if you'd like for this collie to be a harlequin and not a piebald I'm happy to edit the white. The genotype would be something like: asat bb cchcch Dd EmEm hh II kyky mm spsp tt UU LL if you choose to go with piebald, or asat bb cchcch Dd EmEm Hh II kyky Mm SS tt UU LL if you'd like harlequin.
Please let me know if the plan of a Masked Liver and Tan Blanket sounds good, and the extent that you'd like the white markings edited (sticking closer to the current design with Piebald, or editing it more heavily into a Harlequin). After I've been added and you let me know what you're feeling, I'll get started on finishing your design!
