- This little Pokemon loves winter and loves the cold - in fact, they THRIVE in it! Their flower is very delicate you see, being made entirely of frost, and the warmer months of the year in foreign regions are a strain on them, even with the strength of their magics. The middle of summer can have their flower looking thin and watery around the edges instead of bright, white, and sparkling as its meant to be! For this reason, it's very hard to get them to come out of their Pokeball when it's too warm out. They'll set one petal outside, squeak unhappily, and try to jump back inside. This all changes in the winter though, when the opposite becomes true - as long as the air is crisp and cold, they'll dodge every throw aimed at them in a flat refusal to do anything but enjoy themselves in the great outdoors! It's basically like they reverse hibernate; sleep when it's warm, play when it's cold! (165)
